Fantastic from start to finish, beautiful elegant hotel in wonderful grounds, attentive staff and delicious evening meal and breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite, very comfortable bed and whirlpool bath. Luxurious in every way, a special treat and worth the money.

When a customer draws attention to mistakes that result from poor management, it is beholden on the hotel owner to apologise and rectify those faults.
