Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a Hilton brand. From check-in, to parking, to literally being told by the front desk "there's nothing I can do" in response to their parking garage being closed and no backup plan for parking. Meanwhile, I was stranded at midnight

Definitely sub standard for a hotel that bears the Hilton logo. Small bedrooms, with old decor and a hint of a mouldy essence. The rooms have the absolutely basic amenities. Not the luxury hotel you would expect or pay for.

A little out of the way from the train station or the airport (CDG). Once you're at the hotel, the metro station is just a few minutes by walking and it is connected to the hotel. Metro 1 gets you to most of the iconic stops in Paris so this is convenient as you don't have to wo

Overall the hotel is very nice. We stayed in two twin family rooms on the fourth floor. Every morning at 7:30 we could hear people walking with luggage on the walkway above us. If I were to stay again it would be on a different floor. Also, both rooms were very warm. Even after t

As some of the reviews have pointed out, the hotel does not allow Uber to drop you off or pick you up. According to the manager on duty it’s because of security reasons. The IRONY is that the Hilton app has a shortcut to call an UBER!!!!! To add insult to injury we had to walk wi

Hello. I intend to stay about 2 weeks in this hotel . My friends have recommended this nice hotel as a 5 star great hotel but they also have  told me that only some selected rooms have best view and also a great city view. I am traveling with 2 other dear guests and I really want to provide them a memorable stay during these two weeks. 1- Due to this fact, and before reservation I wanted to ask you whether your "family rooms" have good view of hotel outside(with daylight) or not ? or which room type do you suggest me for a great stay for 3 adults for these two weeks . 2-I have noticed Family room triple and Quadruple deluxe room, which fits my expectations during travel-time , but I really do not know which one is better for 3 adults and the best view in upper floors . 3- And I have also heard that a good shopping center is located just near the hotel and I wanted to know about it's opening and closing hours. and the ease of access late at night when we have returned to hotel.  I really appreciate your quick response because most good hotels are going to be sold out fast !
You are asking great questions. The hotel has a wonderful staff and standard fare breakfast with nice extras like a honeycomb station. I booked a family guest room. It had two normal sized double/queen beds with comfortable bedding and we requested and received a complimentary rollaway bed for my son (the children did not want to share a bed). The twin-sized rollaway had a standard comfortable mattress. The room was very compact and even more so with the rollaway. There are two malls nearby. The one attached to the hotel is not useful as the one across the metro area. Please know that the metro is on the outside ring of the city so it will cost a little more to travel into Paris. I am sorry to report that the view from our window was to the inside of the mall, so we could see the marble floors, information desk, and what looked like windows to other offices (no direct daylight other). My recollection is that the mall closed at 8 pm. I recommend that you call the hotel and ask which room set up would be best for your party.

I am looking King superior room. Does anybody know what is "Rotunda view"? Is it inside of the mall CNIT or it is looking outside?
a building, or part of one, that is round in shape, and often has a dome (= rounded roof) on top - so I assume you will face the shopping area - which is where we were - it wasn't a problem, there isn't much to see if you had an outside look anyway, just keep your curtains closed if you are dressing or ? since the clear window elevator was next to our room

is this hotel in a zone that is covered by the Paris Pass for those of us foreign travelers from the U.S.? I know to get there from the airport it is not. Curious once at the hotel if the travel to main tourist attractions is covered by this pass.
I know you walk out the front door and get on the Metro (subway). I don't know about passes. Be sure to have a credit card with no int'l fees (I have MC) and a code which is needed for all metro ticket machines (I didn't have one with me and my daughter thankfully did). It still was not easy to maneuver the metro to get places.

Parking is available. I don't know what the daily rate is. Hourly it is ~1 € for 15 min. We used it for a check in.

Hi how can I go from Hilton to Disneyland by other way than metro?
The RER A train is the most convenient transportation.
