Fantastic as always. Spa facilities excellent, room superb, food great but Rockliffe Hall’s greatest asset is its first class staff, of whom Anton the Concierge always goes not the extra mile but the extra ten miles. Thanks again Anton, from Tim and Susan.

Its off the beaten track a bit so wouldn't know which were close. if you were in one of the outside apartments then you could but if you're in the main hotel i wouldn't and i wouldn't imagine they would be very impressed... More

i agree it just wouldn’t be suitable to order a take away. it’s lovely getting dressed up to go for a meal at the hotel.

I think the tip lady residence is separate, away from the hotel it self. I would much rather stay in the new part. Personally, I prefer the modern aspect of Rockcliffe . Although either residence will be 1st class. Hope... More
