I only manage to stay 2 nights in this lovely resort, and I am enjoy every moment of it.

Booked a pool villa as is our honeymoon trip, and it is worth every penny of it. Price wise is very reasonable enough. Check-in and out were done in an efficient manner.

The room is huge with lots of storage area. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with lots of amenities. My room category is definitely designed more for honeymooners/couples cause the bathroom has no door.
The pool overlooked the rice paddy field, and it was simply breathtaking. It's my favorite view during my stay.
We ordered breakfast in the room during our stay, and you can choose either normal setup or floating breakfast set up. We tried both, and not only was the set up was pretty, but the quality of the food was good as well.
The staff were very nice and polite. They remember our name during our stay and whenever we call them to come to our room to clear our food tray away after we finish our meal they will come in a flash.

Outside the resort property, there are a few small cafe/restaurant around walking distance. The resort provides shuttle service to ubud market are, but we didn't use i, s there was not much info I can give. We both happily spend our precious 2 days in our small heaven. It is sad to leave, but I know I will return 1 day again.

I loved this resort. The views were perfect and the grounds well tended. The manager took the time to introduce himself and was informative and friendly.
The rooms were very comfortable and I enjoyed having a bath every night with scented epson salts available at the chemist in town.
The one thing that I found a bit disappointing was there was no black tea provided. Only green tea. Otherwise this resort would have been given 5 stars. Yes, I love my tea in the morning.

I stayed at this property for 10 days along with me 8 year old son. I highly recommend this property. My experience here was simply fantastic. Stayed at their luxury villa rooms. The villa was spacious with a private pool. We had a separate dining, living area which was beautifully decorated. The bed, shower, functional area was spacious.Their biggest plus point is their staff, they are extremely sweet and helpful.

Pros -
The ambience is beautiful and serene with rice fields all around
People at the resort are very sweet and welcoming. I always found even their GM helping me out for any of my requirement
Breakfast had 5 options under a set menu with plenty of food
It was very sweet of them to accommodate us for breakfast even after the timing was over
Their main pool is over looking a vast rice field, the green patch felt magical
Staying here gave me a true Bali feel

Cons -
The toiletries had jasmine fragrance, I am allergic to that fragrance and ended up buying something from a store to my need
Although, overall they cleaned the room well, however, they can focus on a bit better cleaning practice

Be warned that rooms advertised as rice field view from the balcony may have neither a rice field view or a balcony! Room 6 was one of those. It was handy having other friends staying at the hotel as it showed that booking on Booking.com gave a much better experience than booking on the hotel website. For instance, you'll get a free massage if you stay longer than 3 days, which isn't offered to those who direct book. Booking.com allows you to book a suite room which is worth doing. Staff were pleasant and breakfasts were lovely. The hotel offers a shuttle to Ubud Central which is handy. Even though other reviewers have said rooms near the road were noisy, I didn't hear much road noise. The biggest thing that would improve the quality of this stay is new bedding and towels. They were very old and grey. Also, try the taxis outside the hotel, they were cheaper than Gocars, but you will need to negotiate the fare upfront.

1) the rooms are not clean. There are stains in bathtub and furniture. Floor was dirty. I even heard the people in the room next to me complain to the staff that their room is also dirty.
2) Extremely NOISY. There is zero soundproofing in between rooms. You can hear the people in the room next to you very clearly. I asked to switch rooms and the staff lied to me saying there’s no other rooms, and staff said I’d have to pay extra to upgrade to a suite. This was a lie, because when I said I would leave to go to a different hotel, they finally switched my room. The new room was also super noisy (could hear all the motorcycles from the street). I packed up my stuff in the middle of the night and went to a different hotel. The staff at Bliss did not care. I spent 2 nights at a different hotel, and only on my 3rd night the staff at Bliss reached out to me that they would upgrade me to a suite for free if I came back for my last night. Why did it take them so long to address the noise issue????

Room worst than it seems on the photos. It was extremely dirty, full of insects, the bathtub was broken and the room was much more smaller than it seemed on the internet.
We asked for another room and it was the same.
We asked for the refund as we would not stay there and they charged the total amount of 5 nights before the check in even not contracting the non refundable rate.
They said they would not refund any money to us even not staying in the hotel. After 2 hours asking for a solution to the front desk staff and hotel manager, they accepted refunding 4 nights. We lose 1 night even it is their fault the hotel is in bad conditions.
In the end, we stayed in Green Field Resort. Similar rates and very good facilities, services & staff!
Last, bliss hotel confirmed booking they refund us the 100% of the booking but this is not true!!
Do not book this hotel if you want to enjoy your days in Ubud.

Well maintained, clean hotel at a good location. The hotel staff is really polite and helpful. The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches etc to accommodate us.
The hotel is just 15 mins from Ubud centre. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good accomodation in Ubud.
We even got spa treatment at their spa and it was a really good experience.

Okay location
Attentive and lovely staff

Basic rooms that are made out of wood, these had large gaps and cracks in, large enough for a rodent to fit through (thankfully none did!!)

We are in the jungle so be prepared for lots of scratching noises from creatures. This is exceptionally scary at night.

And also creatures in the sink and around the toilet when you awake in the morning.
Lumpy bed, mattresses and some of the linen needs upgrading.

The internet drops out (but we don’t really need to be on devices in paradise)

Nice breakfast!

Great for the rugged traveller!

From the moment you step into the Bliss Ubud Spa Resort you are transported to a very peaceful and calming environment. We had booked a room with a private pool and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are wonderful, very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and even picked us up from a local restaurant one night which they had recommended.

Breakfast was included in our stay with many different satisfying options. We had breakfast delivered to our villa on our last morning and it was beautiful to sit outside on our patio enjoying the good food. You can also have breakfast served on a tray in your pool but we didn’t do this as the water was too cold. We ate two dinners there and though not an extensive menu, the food was fresh and good. The Spa appeared to be busy from morning to night though we didn’t have time to participate.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center of Ubud where walking back from the downtown is difficult in the heat, however, you get to enjoy the beauty and quietness of the place overlooking rice fields away from the noisy crowds of downtown. Highly recommend staying here for a wonderful Balinese experience.

Every staff member at every opportunity treated us like part of their family. From the reception staff, room service staff, cafe staff or passing staff members on a path, every one had a smile and provided extra help. The trainee staff were enthusiastic and happy to help.
Room 9 is excellent with a quiet outlook from the balcony over the rice paddies and quick hop down the back steps to the pool or to the spa for a relaxing massage.
The room was clean and refreshed daily.
Breakfast was included each morning with a wide choice of breakfasts to select from. Guests can choose to have meals delivered to their room or eat in the cafe at the front of the resort.
I am happy to recommend guest to choose Bliss for a pampered, relaxing stay in Ubud. Its more than just a resort, Bliss will feel like a welcome from your extended Bali family.
