Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great service and perfect location from the main city. Staff are so friendly and caring. Friendly, kind and genuine staff, especially our host Anom, he made us feel at home and took care of us very well.
The compound is situated in a tranquil corner surrounded by rice paddies, breakfast on the terrace easily became my favourite time of the day. Interiors are simple and stylish, with beautiful plants all over the villa.
Thank you again for the wonderful experience. Book a stay with them and you won’t regret it!

This was the most beautiful place, huge spacious and clean rooms, amazing outdoor bathroom, really gave us a true bali experience. Quiet hotel, really good for couples. The service was amazing, they are really attentive staff and are always there anytime for any help. Breakfast was always so nice, flexible, and you can even have a floating breakfast. Would highly recommend, thank you so much prabhu!

I'd rather not tell others about the Prabhu, and keep it to myself. But the place is fabulous. A small hotel overlooking the rice fields, and in one of the villages north of Ubud, the Prabhu has a beautiful garden, and large, spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks, and was nothing but happy. The place is locally owned and managed, and they truly do a fabulous job. Thank you to everyone at the Prabhu!

Nice room and exterior bathroom. Everything worked well except for the TV. TV is usually not important but with the Wimbledon final happening and me being a tennis fan, I would have liked to see it. Did get to see it on Youtube the following morning. Nice breakfast included and it was served nicely right to our rooms. Clean and timely room services, the staff were helpful and efficient. The pool was shaded and quite cool - too cold to swim. No onsite restaurant meant finding dinner venues but we managed well. Not luxury but nice and really enjoyable. About 2 or 3 kilometres out of central Ubud.

I can’t thank the staff at Prabhu enough for their kindness and for making our stay so cosy to the point we were a bit depressed to leave Ubud to continue our trip to the south of Bali. We had a very late check in which was no problem for the hotel. I celebrated my birthday during our stay here and I have no words to describe how grateful I am for what the staff did for me. Prabhu Ubud Villa is the best hotel I’ve been in Bali so far (this is my 3rd time in Bali) highly recommend it!

Absolutely outstanding visit. Set with a back drop pf rice paddies and palm trees it looks even better in person than in the photos.

The staff were so friendly and helped however they could. Breakfast was brought to us on our balcony dining table and the quality of the food was great.

Rooms cleaned regularly and the villa itself is a lovely place to relax with the pool, recliners and drinks/snacks on the premises.

It is a little outside of the main tourist strip of ubud but its a quick taxi ride/moped from the hotel and there are some other nice options nearby. Its a very quiet neighborhood which makes everything feel more special.

Hugely recommend for the incredible price.

It is impossible to describe in words how comfortable we felt. I must admit that I was initially rather skeptical because of the access. But the next day all doubts were gone. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. We had breakfast twice nearby because we wanted a bit of variety.

The staff is simply unique! The owner's son drove us to many small restaurants nearby for free and picked us up again. The trip to Ubud center costs almost as much as a taxi, but you know who is driving you and you can just ask them to pick you up again. Tip: You can really save yourself the trip to Ubud center. Far too crowded! Instead, take a walk along the organic path - so beautiful and quiet! But I digress. The rest of the staff were also always courteous. The gardens are a small, very well-kept paradise. The rooms are also very clean. We traveled with a baby, and she was also given a very friendly welcome.

As someone wrote before, you really want to keep this little treasure to yourself.

We wish the team all the best and are very grateful!
