I used The Falcon House while cycling from Lands End to John OGroats. The owners couldn't have been helpful and generous and the property itself is incredibly well appointed and in a great location. The breakfast is one of the best I've had all trip. Can't wait to return.

Thank you for those very kind thoughts. We have a 100% success rate for people who have stayed on their way up or down the country on bicycles so I feel fulyl qualified to offer this technical advice-if you are thinking of giving it a go, have a lie down for a couple of hours to see if the feeling...

We stayed here for one night but would have liked to have prolonged our visit. Owners are amazingly friendly without being in your face. Nothing is too much trouble. Setting idyllic. Close to Hereford and Ross on Wye. Despite being off a main road it is very quiet. Breakfast delicious. Rooms very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. Look forward to...

I'm sorry to be a little late responding to this lovely review-was working at a polling station on Thursday and somehow have been a little preoccupied ever since! It's always nice when people notice the little touches that make a place personal-we hope that it feels like visiting a place where the things you care about are the things we...

Professionally run, friendly BB, offering a wonderful setting, a nice sized room with everything for a pleasant stay. Very clean. Breakfast was marvelous and had a real feeling of being in a farmhouse, breakfast room is lovely and the grounds are very attractive and well managed. Excellent and 5 star Service.

We were just saying around the breakfast table this morning how much fun this past weekend has been and what a wonderful mixture of people we have met. Folks from all around the country with a huge variety of tales to tell. What could be nicer than meeting lots of new people without even leaving home? Thanks to you all!...

Such a kind but not intrusive welcome, cleanliness, lovely rooms, superb breakfast, convenient and delightful location. After several visits in recent years, it is clear the owners take a genuine pride in their high standards and customer satisfaction. So a pleasure to recommend the Falcon House to others. Thank you for your kind words and I hope the wet weather didn't dampen the enjoyment of your big event. We are working on the theory that positive comments like this will encourage the sunshine, which we just know is around the corner! Regards, Peter

Thank You for taking the time to post such a positive review-the chickens are very active at the moment and we have just had a new batch of chicks appear with their proud mum! This, combined with our new Great Grey Owl, Earl make this a good time to visit. Regards, Peter

I'm so sorry to be so slow at responding to this review-we have been busy settling in a new owl (Earl, a new Great Grey) and working in my new super duper greenhouse that I have been remiss in the reply stakes-sorry! This attractive B&B is welcoming, professionally run but very friendly too. Very clean and very well organised. Nothing is too much trouble, and everything works. Bed linen, duvets, television, all are better quality than normal. And the owls are amazing!

I'm writing this on behalf of my Dad who Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas (he's not too good with computers!) unfortunately I don't have a spare room for him to stay at my house. This isn't the closest bed and breakfast to my house but it is definitely the best (and there are a few good ones nearby)...

A happy and peaceful New Year to all our past and future visitors! Sorry it's taken a while to get out from under the Christmas decorations and respond to this kind review. We love having people here at Christmas as it gives us a good excuse to go overboard on the decorations! Meeting people at this time of year reminds...

Thank you for your very kind words. We do try to keep the younger members of any group happy, for one thing they are the customers of the future and we have to think of when Nathan is running the show, and they have the knack of letting you know if they aren't having a good time! The leaves are...

Small Children-Big Interest! We have a lot of live stock and it's great for us when we get the chance to show it off to small people who appreciate it. But-good manners in children don't just happen, it's the parents that make it all possible-thanks for coming and thanks for your kind words, it really does make a difference. :)...
