Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A lovely place to stay! Leafy, charming and peaceful. There is a ‘internet hub’ area with outdoor seating where you can get WiFi - but we actually had great phone reception throughout the park anyway.
The amenities were excellent and clean. There are an abundant of toilets: In addition to one proper
amenities block, they had single toilets scattered all throughout the park so everyone is never 20m from a loo!
It is 1km from the centre of town.
Tip: the ‘falls circuit’ is nice enough, but go further down to Nandroya, Wallicher and Tchupala Falls - much less touristy and great bush walking! 💜

This was a lovely little park which had lots of beautiful gardens as a surrounds. The reception lady was lovely and check in process painless. The amenities are very clean and the laundry has 3 washing machines (4x$1 coins) and 2 dryers (4x$1 coins). The toilets spaced around the park for the sites were a great idea and easily accessible. There was a pool and covered area near the pool for relaxing.

We recently stayed a night at Milla Milla Tourist Park, we stayed in the basic cabin for $105, it was 2 rooms, and bed was comfortable with the basic amenities, we’d definitely recommend and the staff were very friendly and obliging. You could buy a meal from there selection of pre packed home cooked meals or take an easy back road drive 5 minutes to the local pub for a counter meal, which very nice too. Quiet and comfortable accommodation.

We spent 2 nights here in a powered site, staff were very friendly and willing to change our site if we weren't happy with where they put us.
Some powered sites have concrete slabs others just grass but all are surrounded by lovely tropical gardens which gives a bit of privacy.
Although we didn't get around to using it they had pool and a shaded area where you could access free wifi.
Dotted around the park are additional single toilets which were handy. The main toilet block was older but very clean. This is a great spot to base yourself if you want to do the waterfall circuit.
A couple minutes drive to the little village, with a great small iga supermarket, pub, post office, cafe and local museum.
I would be more than happy to come back again one day.

The cabin wasn't the flashiest, but was very clean and tidy. Two bedrooms, with the ensuite off the smaller room.

Full kitchen, including gas stove and modern appliances and cooking pots.

There is a TV, but it had no reception. Outside area was shared with the other 2 cabins, but could park your car in the carport, directly in front of the room.

Absolutely stunning area to explore. Very tidy park

When we arrived in our Spaceship Van it was pouring with rain. We originally booked a powered site, not knowing that the spaceship didn't need any power. The owner of the park offered to move his own car from under his carport so we could park our van there!

Super nice! The van and awning stayed nice and dry and we even had a concrete slap to put our chairs on.

Sadly we didn't see much of the campsite due to the weather. The campkitchen and toilets/showers we excellent.

Even though the weather was really bad we still enjoyed our stay!

Stayed one night so I could plant my caravan and do the Waterfalls loop nearby. Was allocated a lovely spot that required no left/right levelling of my van. Good neat and level slab to step out onto. Great screening tropical plants to give privacy from other campers. Amenities were not new but have been updated, were well maintained and were very clean. Several little stand alone toilets scattered around the park so not far to a loo. I went swimming at Millaa Millaa falls so didn't end up using the park pool, but it looked nice and was clean. A very nice spot to stay I thought.

This lovely family van park is beautiful. There are little rainforest alcoves to park the van with the amenities close at hand. It was a lovely oasis not far from the falls and dairies where you can buy wonderful home cooking and dairy products. We love this park for the family feel.

We stayed just one night Instead of four after my partner injured her knee and we had to return to Cairns for treatment. The park management were very helpful and generous and the park itself was beautiful. Bounded on one side by rain-forest, the grounds are immaculate with a lovely pool and spotless amenities. (A very small point; there was no mirror in the unisex toilet block) While we did manage a glimpse of Millaa Millaa falls on the way back to Cairns, we missed out on a lot that this area has to offer. We will be back one day to finish our exploration of this beautiful area.

Myself, Dad abs two older teenagers stayed in Cabin 5. Not too expensive and we were delightfully surprised. The cabin looked a bit iffy from the outside. But once you went in...just wonderful. Clean, well appointed with 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 2bunks. Lovely bathroom. Fabulous hot shower. Spare blankets if you needed them. A/c’d. The only thing we needed but didn’t have were spare pillows. Very happy and will definitely stay there again. (Highly recommend the bakery for light meals and the pub for a bigger feed)

Kathy, We do allow small dogs and big dogs in the park, must always be on a lead, as we do have tree kangaroos in the park. Sandy
