Called in for a drink whilst on a walk with our dog. Had to have the drinks outside on a cold, windy afternoon because the Inn no longer allows dogs inside! Will certainly not go to the Barrel Inn again.
Our meal with the family included a Ploughman's lunch.
Whilst the selection of cheese and ham was fine, lack of sufficient bread left the lunch unbalanced.
A request for more bread seemed to come as a surprise to the serving staff. l
