Stayed here with my brother and my German shepherd dog for two nights back in March. We were given the "pet" room which wasn't even remotely dog smelly. Lovely clean (if not a little dated) twin room with its own door straight outside. Perfect for taking the dog out. Breakfast was fantastic and we were provided a sausage for the...

Thanks for the review and the barks of appreciation!! LOL. The property is 'dated' because we like to keep it that way. It is freshly painted and clean - but IT IS A BUILDING that is over 100 years old and we do not try to 'modernize' it. Would be pleased to have you and your dog again.

This guest house is in a lovely position overlooking the sea. My hubby and I stayed bed and breakfast for a 3 night break. The room was great - very clean and quiet. The food was superb. A varied choice and plenty of it. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a decent sized very clean room at the back with an access door out which was useful as we had 2 small dogs with us.The breakfast & choice was excellent they even gave us two sausages for the dogs which kept them going for the car journey back. I would defiantly...

Maria and I were so pleased that you found everything acceptable - especially as we had such a hard task in contacting you to make sure that you had the only dog room... Thank you for the recommendation. I am so pleased that the extra sausages for the dogs kept them going until they returned home. Please return with your...

Had a wonderful four night stay at this guest house, excellent hosts Maria and Tony assisted by friendly and efficient support staff. The location of the property could not be better, overlooking the sea and plenty of free parking, there is parking available behind the Whitehall and requires reserving at the time of booking. The breakfast at the Whitehall is...

I hear that your dogs enjoyed their sausage and would not be surprised if they appeared tomorrow!! WE look forward to seeing you all again, and so do the support staff who thank you for your positive comment. Regards...

My wife & I needed an Hotel in Colwyn Bay to attend the Welsh 1 Act Play Festival to support our team. I am disabled so obviously need a room to suit, so my Wife called them to enquire as it appeared they had a ground floor annex The response she got was unhelpful to the point of discriminatory, flatly...

Thank you for your review which gives us an opportunity to explain our situation. We are very much aware of the problems of the disabled. I am disabled. It is really vital that we are honest with guests so that they know our situation. We have an elevated positiion above Cayley Promenade overlooking the sea. There are 17 stone steps...

I had originally looked for a hotel in Llandudno for the bank holiday weekend but most hotels had been booked up so I looked for some where close by as we had family staying in Llandudno so didn't want to be too far away. Luckily I came across the Whitehall Guest House. Perfect location being 10 minutes away! First impressions...

Thank you for spending the time to write such a comprehensive review. You not only mentioned just about every aspect, but amplified it with personal comments. WE found it positive and encouraging. Thank you for recommending us and thank you for your kind mention of the efforts of the staff - they appreciate it!

Spent a couple nights on the Easter holiday weekend here. The owners were lovely and friendly, the rooms cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Loved the huge window looking out over the sea. Hotel is well situated for exploring Northern Wales.

Thank you - We have no problem when a guest discovers something negative and comments on it. When a room is only 1/2 way through refurbishment and we have to use it - then we deserve a poor comment. However, we have found that guests who do not talk to us about deficiencies, do not allow us to solve any...
