I stayed for 3 nights while I was working in Colwyn Bay. The whole house was spotlessly clean, rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The owners Tony and Maria are very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Thank you for your positive comments. We hope that you decide to return to Colwyn Bay to other events and that the next one is better organised than this. WE hope that you have a very successful Christmas Season. More

We arrived on foot from a bus stop in a tempest, and were shown into a warm and comfortable room with everything we might need or desire, and two days later were sorry to be leaving. The building is traditionally solid and comfortable, and its position ideal. I'm not sure what 'quaint' means in the questionnaire below, so have said... More

Thank you for your kind and positive response. So pleased that you felt 'at home' - it was a pleasure to serve you AND we were so sorry that you had to walk through such miserable weather. Had we known that we would have gladly picked you up. More

Well run hotel lovely location and hotel . This guest house in october was busy but quiet and well equipped. The only downside is it does need updating. A nice place for a break and accessing the north wales area.

Thank you for your review. We, also, are quite surprised at how busy October weekends are this year. We have not had time to do the minor refurbishing required after a busy summer season. More

Thank you for your review. Must disagree with the 'outdated' part - It is like me - just old!! LOL. We are so pleased that the weather behaved itself and that everyone who went to the Prom seemed to have a great time. THANK YOU for staying with us. More

This was a last minute booking for the bank holiday weekend. Nice sea view from our room. Clean and tidy even though a bit dated. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very polite and most helpful. On arrival we were given a glass of sherry and salted peanuts! Great location nice walking along the sea front. Parking is on... More

We were fortunate that a last minute cancellation enabled us to provide you with one of our front rooms. We are happy that you had an enjoyable Bank Holiday weekend. The house is over 120 years old and we do not try to 'modernize' it.The property is 'dated' because we like to keep it that way. It is freshly painted... More

I was arriving late and all when exactly to plan. Maria was very friendly and nothing was too much of a problem for her even though it was late. The room was clean and tidy and well appointed and the breakfast was top notch.

We are happy that you were pleased with our service. Late arrivals can be a problem if we have had a very long and busy day. Maria is naturally friendly and often 'volunteers' to meet late guests. Thank you for your positive review. More

10/10, loved my stay, had single room nice and quiet. Location was perfect. Everything spotless and the breakfast was amazing. Loved my stay and would certainly go back. I needed quite a lot of information about the area and Tony was very helpful.

We had a delux room with sea views the only issues we had related to the fact that the sun came up straight opposite which meant with no black out blinds we had full sun shinning through the thin curtains anytime after 4am, also the bed in the first room we had was exceeding large and I would not have... Very sorry - we did our best for you. As soon as you expressed dissatisfaction with the large downstairs room, we offered to move you to the only other room that we had.
