Stayed in the barn with friends. Pleasant area but located next to a busy road outside of town and house not particularly well equipped for the price paid (only one sofa in the living area for a house sleeping eight (no armchairs), kitchen utensils rather sub-standard). Would look elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed at Passford Farm for our anniversary. Our barn was very cute. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were a dream, we both had two great nights sleep. It was clean and comfortable. The shower was perfect. Great reception on the T.V. Lots of tea coffee and milk. Very spacious. The breakfast was brought to...

My family had a lovely time there and cannot wait to go back. Welcoming, great host, the barn itself is so unique and lovely. Never thought I would like a barn conversation. The decoration is so tasteful. The barn is self-contained and this gives you a huge freedom. 3 lovely double bedroom. The area is beautiful and so many activities...

Last minute booking as on business trip. Sadly not impressed from start to finish.......would not recommend. non welcoming. Beware of noisy and busy main road which will cause a disturbed nights sleep. so many other beautiful choices.

Lovely clean and tidy place thats just a little bit different for a B&B. The only thing I can say against it is that there could be a couple of chairs or a small sofa in the room but thats only a very minor niggle. Enjoyed our stay there.

On arrival we were greeted by Penny who was lovely and very welcoming, very informative about the surrounding area .... Our converted barn was beautiful absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean, comfortable and luxurious....continental breakfast which was brought to us in the morning was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely return :) such a lovely secret escape..

We booked two nights at Passford Farm to celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. We rarely spend so much on B and B but wanted a treat. After booking through hotel.com the owner telephoned us to say that she didn't have a room in the main house but she did have a room in the barn to which we agreed. On...

My partner and I stopped in this family run B&B Friday and Saturday night, and although we didn't arrive until 9.30pm, we were warmly welcomed and shown to the barn which is at the bottom of the drive from the main house. Nice decor, a spacious wardrobe/cupboard and a huge ensuite bathroom. Shower was excellent too, really powerful. Plenty of...

Great location, just a very pleasant 20 minute walk from Lymington harbour passed beautiful houses and cobbled streets, a market on a Saturday but all starts getting packed up at about 4pm so get there a little earlier. Penny is a fab host with good suggestions on what not to miss and good restaurants/bars etc. we would certainly go back...

Be aware that this place offers B&B in various locations - the cottage and a barn at the entrance to the property on a busy 'A' road. The barn, a few words: the double bed was very soft; the sheets were already crumpled and there were 2 hairs in the bed; the walls dividing the upstairs barn rooms are paper-thin,...
