I was meant to be taking part in a cycling event in the new forest, so had booked this B&B for myself, partner and two daughters. We booked the family room, which has a king size bed, en suite and two single beds. The single beds are situated as you walk in, then through a door to the main bedroom,...

Fernbrake is a fantastic B&B. Barry and Carol made us both feel very welcome. We stayed in the Cezanne room which was beautifully decorated and overlooking the garden. The ensuiite bathroom was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a cozy duvet, unlike some guest house in the area that still use blankets!...

Had a really good stay, the rooms are clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was brilliant. There were lots of options, cereals, bread fruit yoghurt and even more from the 'cooked' menu. Go for the "Full English", you will not be disappointed. The only minor minor complaint I have (nitpicking now), is that the area has...

We stayed for four nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts very much to our taste - quality ingredients well cooked and presented, with cereal, fruit etc. available too. Carol and Barry were friendly and welcoming, and we were very happy with the service we received. We found the location very convenient as a base for...

stayed here last year and just haven't got round to reviewing until now. Lovely family room, spacious and clean. Fabulous location with direct access into the Forest. Great pubs nearby. Breakfast is fantastic and we've already booked our next stay.

The rooms were very clean. The owners are very friendly nad hospitable. They live in a separate part of the same house. We stayed in the self-catering Annexe suit with two bedrooms, a loung and a kitchen. Everything was great, and despite the bad English weather, we enjoyed chilling out at the accommodation.

Our room was very cosy, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We had a great view of the garden and the horses strolling around. Would recommend the breakfast, personally cooked by Barry and Carol. Excellent accomodation in a beautiful setting in the New Forest with direct access onto the open Forest paths. This gem of a B&B is tucked away along a Forestry Commission track and the owners made us feel very welcome immediately. We visited with our 2 children aged 10 and 7 and stayed in the Picasso Suite which comprised 2 connecting...
