Stayed overnight whilst in town for a meeting. Plenty of parking, good quality and reasonably priced food plus the room was comfy and well maintained. Be careful if using satnav as it's easy to miss the turning when coming from Bristol and the road is too narrow to u turn. Now the default location for our staff when in Bristol...

We stayed at this hotel over Easter. The grounds are fabulous and the privilege room we had was wonderful. Nice and spacious and spotlessly clean. This hotel does cater for large wedding parties and it is difficult to get any attention from the staff when they are busy with a wedding. I would stay here again, my only comment would...

Arrived Easter Monday for overnight stay. Out in the countryside away from the bustle of Bristol but just 15 mins away from the city centre. Easily accessible from the motorways and well signposted. Huge car park, free. Excellent breakfast served to you although buffet style when more people. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Room excellent, clean, comfortable, large (number...

The hotel looked shabby on the outside & wasn't much better on the inside. The decor was very dated & no table cloths, with dreadful music being piped out in the dining room. We made the waiter aware that two of us were non-meat eaters on arrival, however were told that we should have notified them prior to arriving. Plenty...

We stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding, the bar was a bit pricey but well stocked, the problem was finding a barman to serve you. The decor needs to be looked at as it is a little dated. The room was spacious but again a little dated. The bed slid across the room as soon as you sat...

Came to a wedding today, not only did it cost us £220 to stay in a room which is In need of serious modernisation but a double vodka and Coke is just under £10! On a brighter note the wedding was a brilliant day and the staff were very attentive and the food was really good. If the rooms and...

The rooms looked much better online than they did in person. The service was okay, the employees were quite young and there were a few times I'd be sat waiting at the bar whilst they sat and chatted at reception. That said, they were all very lovely so I didn't mind too much. Breakfast was AMAZING. Cannot complain at all...

A nice hotel set in lovely grounds, let down by a wedding going on which instead of having there own areas they took over reception, lounge , front door area and the bar for some time before using there allocated area, this made checking in just impossible trying to manoeuvre bags etc around many wedding guests in a small reception...
