I attended a party Saturday 18th February to find the the bar staff un-attentive rude and unhelpful. They expected me to repurchase a round of drinks that were spilt all over the bar, as they gave me a tray that stuck to the wet bar top so when I tried to lift it, the glasses tumbled in seconds. Even when...

We stayed on Sunday night and had a really great time. We arrived with our huge Mastiff dog. We were given a room in the annex (dogs aren't allowed in the main hotel), it was great. The reception lady was very friendly, she invited us to make the most of the grounds with our dog. This was easy to do...

Arrived to find the lovely but hopelessly overworked reception lady dealing on her own with lots of arrivals. Twenty minutes later got to My freezing cold room. So slept in clothes as too tired to argue. Slept ok. Rubbish location if you need to visit abbey wood as traffic into filton is awful.

The booking process through Central Reservations was chaotic and unhelpful to say the least but when we were able to contact the Hotel direct, everything fell into place and the booking...

Waited for a further 5 minutes until another member of staff arrived at reception. This staff member seemed a bit stressed and immediately informed us 'i have just...

The staff at the Grange were excellent, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Val was excellent she looked after my sister on her wedding day and took a lot of the stress from her. Organising everything and being there for any problems and questions. The team were brilliant also. But for me Val stole the day with her...
