Great location

Fab location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Extremely comfortable apartment with two car parking spaces which was excellent for our two families. We stayed in penthouse no 11. Decor was beautiful and kitchen had all mod cons. Terrace was a bonus. Pool was great for the kids

Quiet and appealing property in Noosa area.

An excellent, well maintained property. Quiet and attractive location, with local shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. I have stayed here on 4 separate visits, using 3 different apartments in the complex, and all have been extremely comfortable and well appointed. This property has definitely become one of my favourite properties in the Noosa area. Highly recommended for discerning guests.

Outstanding Holiday Apartment

We stayed in a first floor 2 bed apartment for six nights during the NSW school hols in July 2020. It was by far the most comfortable, luxurious apartment we have ever stayed in. The master bedroom and ensuite felt like a lovely hotel room by itself, but having another full bathroom, double bedroom, kitchen and large living area as well made it feel like home. We slept soundly in the comfortable beds and the full block-out curtains helped with holiday sleep-ins. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, crockery and even some extras like olive oil, salt and pepper. We appreciated that management gave us some cleaning supplies to start with, such as dishwasher tablets, soap powder for the washing machine and toiletries in the bathroom. The only drawback was the limited Foxtel channels - we tried to watch some TV but gave up because most of the channels told us to upgrade our package.…

Excellent accommodation

We had Apartment 1 at this location, and it was brilliant. It is a full-size apartment with a great kitchen, lovely bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed. Big living area and great balcony. The location is wonderful, short walk to the beach and village. Also a very quiet set of apartments and the pool was great. Sunshine Beach has patrolled areas so is good for swimming

Stunner!

What a gem! I don't want to tell you how good Sundancer is because then it might be hard for me to get a booking. I stay here every year and every year my stay is just not long enough. While Sundancer has great location and views, it is the maintenance by the resident managers that makes this place a stunner. Sundancer sparkles both inside and outside. The first thing that hits you upon arrival is the cleanliness and freshness of the apartment. And while the 'no vacancy' sign may be up, you would never know there were other guests - it is just so peaceful. Keep up the good work Nat and Paul. You are what makes Sundancer so appealing and enjoyable.

Great location and view, spacious unit, crotchety management

We enjoyed our 3 nights in the middle top floor 3 bedroom apartment with a roof top balcony and great view and close to the shops and beach. We found the furnishings and fittings dated but appreciated the Nespresso machine, foil, and glad wrap. The master bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The fan on the master was noisy and we had to turn it off to sleep. The lighting in the living area was excessively bright and there were no side or reading lamps for comfortable reading. There were laminated ugly signs all throughout the apartment threatening charges eg for turning down temperature in the fridge, operating air conditioner under 24 degrees and against use of certain products in the bathroom. We would have tolerated all of the above for the price and location but are left with a bitter taste in our mouth after receiving an email saying the apartment was untidy when we left. We had stripped all the beds, piled it in the bathroom or corner of the bedroom, all rubbish bins were emptied, dishwasher stacked and put it on. All benches were wiped down. We were also criticised for leaving some chairs out overnight which got wet in the rain.- they were on the landing of the top floor viewing deck and appeared to be outdoor chairs. We apologised for this- they will dry. We have holiday rented our own home, are clean and tidy people by nature and dispute the criticism. Most of the family of four were out most of the time. When I had phoned re: the possibility of getting the key before check in I spoke to the person on duty who stated that the previous people had left the place in a disgusting condition. I now wonder what their expectations are. Also be aware that the check out time is 9:30am. This is the earliest I have experienced anywhere around the world. A laminated slip under the door the previous night reminded us to check out before 9:30am. …

The above review is totally incorrect. This Guest has input false comments with regards to their experience staying here at Sundancer. The Guest was disappointed when we contacted them to advise they left the apartment in a very untidy condition and left indoor furnishings with cushions outside during wet weather. We do not contact clients with regards to an untidy apartment unless it is well justified. We did not charge the Guests for the extra cleaning time incurred or for the wet furnishings left in the rain. Our accommodation has standard helpful information in the apartment and the Guest has taken our information as a threat instead of accepting there are helpful signs and information in the apartment so you can enjoy your stay. This Guest booked via Expedia booking agent and their Expedia confirmation advises standard check-out is 9.30am. The Guest accepted this booking on Expedia and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

A TOP SHELF HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Well, this is a wonderful place to chill out and take a break! Immaculately prepared two bedroom apartment with a fine tropical outlook and a nice chunk of Pacific Ocean to meditate on and watch the storms come in. Luxuriously appointed with king bed, white leather sofas, blonde wood furniture and two bathrooms and a whole lot of other facilities that makes you wish other accommodation providers could emulate. The kitchen was extensively equipped for cooking meals ,that could be had on a huge sun terrace with outdoor dining and banana lounges. There's a strict no party policy that ensures a peaceful stay, and shops and beach are just a stroll away. What is noteworthy are the little details that are a testament to the managers' professionalism: tea candle holders, salt and pepper shakers, washing powder and free wi fi. There's even a proper Italian coffee maker! This is a stand out property that deserves all the accolades it's accrued on this website. Five stars!…

WOW!

Our apartment was on the first floor, looking out to the beach. Very roomy comfortable apartment, with large outside area to chill out on. 5 Minute walk to fantastic coffee shops/restaurants. 10 minutes to the beach and for those who don't mind a longer walk, only 50 minute causal walk to Hastings street in Noosa. Very nice and quite area to chill out but having the noise and bustle of Hastings Street just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Location, view, quiet and comfortable

Sundance Apt located a easy 5 minute walk to excellent cafes & restaurants and patrolled beach. 10 to 15 min drive to Noosa center and beach. Bus stop 1 min walk. This is a large air cond apartment with everything you would need and kitchen, heaps of storage, king bed, tv in bedroom & lounge, large outdoor verandah with table, including a pool and BBQ to share. Safe and secure unit and secured under cover car parking. No daily service for towels which for us was not a issue.

We appreciate your comment - No Daily service, but we provide many amenities and supplies to ensure you have everything you need and plenty of linen. We are non-serviced unless long stays of 10 nights or more. For Other Guests reading this review. Sundancer is 4 Star Self-Catering Accommodation. Apartments are fully self-contained (non-serviced apartments for short stays): Small Holiday Resorts are often non-serviced unless long stays of over 10 days under the Sundancer. We do provide ample linen and you have a private laundry within your apartment. We provide ample amenities to start off your holiday here, short stays you have plenty to get you through your stay. Beyond Expectations

Having researched online prior to booking, and having called the premises to assure certain things were as they appeared. I was blown away on arriving on site. The husband and wife team who manage the place were laid back, friendly and very easy to talk to. My suite, a large one bedroom unit on the 1st floor, was incredible. Huge balcony off the bedroom and lounge, facing the beach and gardens. light airy and fresh. I seriously could have lived there. Car space provided, all mod cons as described on their site. Even washer and dryer. Dish washer and coffee machine to boot. Clean and tidy. And five minutes walk to beach tops. Two minutes to village in Sunshine beach. I would definitely stay again, like a second home, yet better. And the price was unbeatable. Do it.
