Stayed here the last week of April 2015 Had a lovely suite on main floor with sliding glass doors from bedroom and the living room to patio and beach. Bed was very comfortable and made up with lovely sheets and duvet. Kitchen well appointed. Warning: front desk closes at 4:30 p.m. so phone ahead to get combination to box to...

We are pleased to read your complimentary review. That is exactly the guest experience we promote and hope to hear. Our one bedroom Condos are ideal for couples or singles. Everyone needs a break from the hustle and bustle once in a while, and we even encourage locals to escape for a weekend. During our low season we have reduced...

I planned on staying for the month of February, ended up staying until the end of April. Great place to stay, friendly staff, well maintained and clean. Kalamoir Park is attached to the Resort, I hiked there almost everyday.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our Resort. We are pleased to hear that the suite served your accommodation needs these last months. It can be awkward to find yourself in transition between moves, and you may have the majority of your belongings in storage. We like to make it as trouble-free as possible by...

Stayed here for a week in late February and had a great stay. The resort is right on the lake with great views. Each condo had an assigned parking spot so we didn't have to worry about finding parking as in other hotels. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home...

Thank you for sharing your pleasant holiday experience. There are many benefits to staying in our low season beside the reasonable nightly, weekly and long-term room rate. As you mentioned, peace and quiet reigns, in a very laid-back atmosphere within a residential community. It is hard to match the oneness with nature while overlooking the expanse of Okanagan Lake with...

We stayed for nearly three months at Casa Loma Resort after our house sold quicker than anticipated. It was off-season so the rates were affordable for us. We had a 3 BR, 2 1/2 Bath unit, which was extremely well equipped and comfortable. We were able to host our family there for Christmas, which was an unexpected bonus. We can't...

We are delighted that you left with such a glowing impression of Casa Loma Resort. We work closely with our Owners to ensure timely improvements and upgrades occur in units and on the property. As you noticed, a warm and welcoming atmosphere is reflected from the Management onward for a mutually rewarding relationship between guests and staff. Our clientele are...

This is actually a review from distant past. For many years when I was a kid, my family and I would come to Casa Loma for two weeks anually in August with another family. We first started out in the small cottages beside the pool deck and later started staying in the Suite Casa Grande. Casa Loma was a great...

Your charming review caused us to recall our previous guest list, to try to determine who was the voice from the past. Your observations definitely took us back in time prior to our major renovations. Happily, all of your good memories can be relived by visiting us again. It is a funny thing how families expand from the confines of...

We stayed in this resort for a weekend getaway. The resort is gorgeous. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and the kitchen had everything required to cook full meals (although there were too many great restaurants in the area to eat in). We found the staff very friendly and helpful, providing us with great information on which vineyards...

It was great to hear that you enjoyed your weekend away. Even locals will stay a couple of days to celebrate an anniversary or other special occasion. Guests tell us one night is never enough! We ideally recommend a weekly stay, which allows sufficient time to fit in a variety of enjoyable activities such as wine touring, golfing or boating...

We arrived outside office hours in the dark but check-in was easy with a phone number to call and we found the key and parking space then the apartment - absolutely fantastic one-bed and warm and comfortable on our arrival after a long journey. The following morning we then saw the amazing views across the lake. The front desk staff...

Your positive review was encouraging as our staff are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Our low season office hours are limited, as reflected in our greatly reduced off-season rates, so we are pleased that you found our after-hour key retrieval system to be convenient. Year-round, there is much to do and see in the area, and we offer some material...

My family stayed at the resort for one month. We never felt welcome particularly from housekeeping. We received many many highlighted notes about what they 'don't' do and to tell us not to burn candles. We had to burn candles on the night of our arrival due to the power outage that lasted all night. I had to call front...

We understand your reaction to a housekeeping surcharge. We did feel it warranted due to the excessive cleaning required during and at the conclusion of your stay, including wax and crayon removal from many surfaces in the unit. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with your scheduled weekly housekeeping, as our Resort prides itself on the positive feedback...

My wife and I stayed in Unit 102 for four days. It was perfect and because it was low season (mid October) the complex was very quiet. This unit looks right out on the pool and hot tub so it would be rather noisy during the summer season but in October it wasn't a problem. The condo had a living...

We enjoyed reading your review and will take your helpful suggestions into consideration, as we always appreciate constructive input from our guests. Like yourselves, many couples choose to stay in our Fall or Spring shoulder season when the atmosphere is more laid back. Two couples really enjoyed an early fall break at Casa Loma Resort. Very quiet at this time of year but was warm enough to enjoy the large sun deck. You made our day with your complimentary review! Our two bedroom units are very popular for a ‘friendly’ getaway this time of year and a savings if sharing the cost. One advantage to an upper floor unit is the enhanced lakeview with no distractions. Many a dinner is prepared in our fully-equipped kitchens, although we are surrounded by restaurants with...
