Hotel amenities are awesome for kids (swimming pools, water-park, golf play camp, etc) and for adults (nice restaurants, great snacks, live-music at nights, etc). Near Las Camelias, we found amazing parks like PANACA and Parque del Cafe, where we enjoyed a lot and learned a little bit more about this wonderful country. Biosecurity protocols are fully implemented, so we always felt safe.
The hotel is very good for families with kids. A lot of activities. Has A/C which is great. Breakfast has lots of options but for some reason always seems cold and runs out of some items fast. Staff is very friendly.
My family and I stayed there for five days and it was a fantastic place to relax. Friendly staff, facilities in great condition and good food, the swimming pools were never crowded. Wewill definitely come back.
Beautiful hotel in the coffee triangle of Colombia. Perfect for families. One thing I would change- Do NOT re-stock expensive mini fridge objects when a guest does not authorize. They are way overpriced.
The infrastructure is fantastic, great pools and beautiful gardens, unfortunately our experience was soured by the mistrust and pennypinching of management. They fit wristbands to identify guests, which is already a bit of a turnoff, but the really offensive incident was one of the staff questioning the validity of my wife's band. Also the only drinking water available in rooms is in the minibar.
