There are various common areas which give a spacious and relaxed athmosphere.There's a Turkish bath, pool and hot jacuzzis which are free to use by guests. We have a great time at the hotel the service from the staff was amazing... Sebastian, both andres and the kitchen staff was very cool. We have excellent breakfast and dinners included on our fare. WiFi is not very good but at the end we were looking to go to Panaca and El Parque del Café. Excellent time. Fully recommended

On our coffee route, we stayed at this hotel, which is really close to the coffee park. There's about one kilometre of bad road though. Staff was very friendly and served a very good Colombian breakfast, including fruit. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, however mattresses were very hard. In the evening we could not use the pool or jacuzzis because they had frogs inside.

Excellent Service, friendly and polite people, delicious food, awesome views, great rooms, many areas of entertainment, did I mention the food? oh God the food!! everything in just one place, best family trip ever...We'll be back soon!!

I sadly have to say that our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The high volume of the music at the hotel's bar until midnight was torture. When we complained about it, they said there was nothing they could do! We ended up really tired from not sleeping well. Food options were terrible as well. You'll need your own car to get there since it is far from downtown.

Located in a secluded paradise this luxurious hotel offers beautiful views, comfortable rooms, delicious food, great amenities and the best service that I have ever received. We had our family reunion there and we could not have chosen a better place. We will go back there without any doubts.
