Nice Hotel, Great customer service... Front desk girls Chavely and Nayibe are so friendly and helpful with tour recommendations.... Outstanding breakfast... All staff is helpful and friendly Rooms are clean and comfortable... I definitely recommend the hotel...great views and 5 minutes walk to coffee park... I will come back.

Room were not really clean, and there is no air conditioned, which sometimes is really uncomfortable. Food is not as good as it should be, and finally, the service is average. The price is too high if you compare it with you get.

We spend 4 nights in this beautiful farm. The farm has a beautiful path ways so you can interacting with the enviroment; plants, animals mostly birds. The service is excelent the place looks always clean and tidy. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The jacuzzi and the pool are really nice. The restaurant has a good service and food.

This is one of the worst reviews I have ever written. I did not originally booked this property, but I was moved here due to a booking error at their sister location. What I found here was an old, overused hotel that desperately needs some improvements. Metalic doors, locker-style closets, no hot water, very basic breakfast in a restaurant that could be cleaner... and these are just a few issues. Actually, the only thing we enjoyed was the huge garden which is beautiful. I know you get what you pay for, but for this money we stayed in much better conditions in the same region.
