We stayed 2 nights. Easy to find- good location and quick walk to train station. Five minutes to Richmond Park too. Room was clean, bed comfy. Not glamorous or fancy but an ideal base for visitors to London. There is some overhead plane noise but the area itself is quiet.

We ended up here as a last minute stop late after a long journey. We were charged £156 and for that price were given a suite as no doubles were left.Initial impressions of a very clean but dated interior with cheap furniture and knock knacks. The bed was reasonably comfortable with cheap foam pillows and polyester sheets. The bathrooms were more...

We were eating out at the Rock and Rose for a family birthday celebration while visiting from Ireland. We wanted to find somewhere nearby so we thought we'd give this place a go. I have been to Richmond many times and never new this hotel existed. We were pleasantly surprised, the staff are friendly while the hotel is larger than...

We stayed one night in this hotel arriving Saturday morning we parked in the hotel car park and went into town to see the poppies at the tower. So the car was parked free and it cost about £9 each to get into town on the tube, a journey of about 40 mins. On return we ate in Richmond so...

Funny how experiences differ for the same hotel. We arrived early on Saturday morning & parked in the hotel car-park (very handy), reception happy to have car there & although we couldn't check-in until later this wasn't an issue for us as we left bags in car & went off for the day. Check-in later was efficient & friendly and...

Staff were very friendly but it was a pretty average hotel. Breakfast was fine - but nothing to write home about - Good proximity to the main centre - rooms were reasonable and bathrooms were tight. Have not been to Richmond before so dont know what to compare it with but average is a pretty fair review IMO.

We just completed our six night stay at the Richmond Inn and were quite satisfied by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms we rented were very clean, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, there were blackout curtains that blocked out the early sunrise, and the neighborhood was safe, quiet and only...

I stayed here because I was going to a wedding which was being held at the nearby Registry office. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and we could not fault them. They allowed us to leave our car there while we attended the wedding. The rooms were a little bit tired but because we were only stopping one night...

Quite possibly worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After moving rooms at midnight due to infestation of fleas in our room we were woken with early morning phone call to move our vehicle. On check out receptionist requested we speak to the manager which thought full refund would be offered but to our total amazement we were asked to...

This was our return visit to the hotel having enjoyed staying there previously. Rooms and en suite very comfortable, clean and spacious and ours at the rear of the building was particularly quiet. A good location for visiting London (less than 30mins to the city centre from the nearby Richmond Station by underground or, alternatively, a pleasant bus ride). The hotel...
