Fantastic accommodation, the most friendly and welcoming hotel I have stayed in, my whole family was made to feel welcome and valued. We Would definitely stay there again. We had two rooms, one for my dad and then a room for myself , my husband and our two children. The room was comfortable and clean. The friendliest staff I have...

New clean Premier Inn just 10 minutes from Richmond High Street and the District Line. Its well placed for Twickenham must be about a 30 to 40 minute walk back towards the ground. Staff are friendly, breakfast was cooked for us. Rooms were well insulated from road and flight noise, and airy. Parking on site was £10 a day, its...

Just spent 2 nights at this hotel with my family and I was delighted with what we found. Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly and booked in very quickly. The room was modern, clean, spotless and a nice size for a family room. We loved the pillows and duvet...soooo comfortable! We decided to stay in that night and did...

good priced hotel for London, and fairly close to kew gardens. the bus stops very near to the hotel, which is included on some train day tickets. we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which has a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruit, cereals and of course the full English, had to wait a little while for bacon to be cooked,...

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and love it. We travel up for the Rugby at Harlequins. Its far easier to stay up here than venture all the way home to the east coast of Essex. The staff are great, especially Alex who always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to staying...

Great value for money, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Richmond to stay at the Premier Inn. It's a 10-15 min. walk from the train station & town center. Less than a five min. walk to Sainbury's. Parking on site good...

Stayed here for one night. Initially I was concerned when I realised the hotel was under the Heathrow flight path and next to a busy road, but there was no noise problem whatsoever. The bedroom had very good sound insulation. The design was the usual Premier Inn standard - modern and smart. Everything needed was provided. The bed was very...

As an advocate of Premier Inns I had no hesitation booking this one when we decided to have a weekend in Richmond to attend an event. Usual customer-focused staff, very clean comfy room, the extractor in the bathroom was very noisy as was the traffic when the window was opened. I like to sleep with the window open so I...

I've stayed here before and had no complaints however this time I was put in a room on the opposite side overlooking the very busy road, I was here on a Thursday and Friday and very early on the Friday morning the traffic noise woke me up, it was relentless, I didn't complain or ask to be moved as I...

We had booked an overnight stay on 30/31st January because we were going to a 7.30pm theatre show in Richmond. I had pre-booked by text a table in the restaurant for 5.30pm which was accepted. We arrived mid afternoon and were checked in by a lovely young lady who informed us that the restaurant didn't open until 6 but if...
