It did the job. All we wanted was somewhere to sleep and shower. The staff were very helpful. The room was not as clean as it could have been. The bathroom had many broken tiles. For what we paid, which included free parking and a continental breakfast we did not expect a high class hotel.

The breakfast was so basic, they offered a couple of different dry cereals such as cornflakes, with cow's milk (no soya/non dairy milks are provided - which meant no option for someone lactose intolerant such as myself), and toast which was burnt and I was given the end pieces of the bread, which were so tough and chewy to eat....

This budget hotel is ideal if you want to explore London as it is a 5 minutes walk from both underground and overground stations. We were also very pleased with the free parking. The staff were friendly and obliging, rooms were clean and had everything you needed. We will definitely be using it again😊

This is without doubt the most appalling hotel I have ever stayed at: there is literally human excrement and urine stains all over the toilet seat and toilet bowl. It's clearly not been cleaned in at least a week. I have seen cleaner public toilets. I am speechless it's so disgusting. Yes this place is super cheap and that's the...

"I could not recommend even for my pet dog!" wrote a previous customer and I could not agree more. This place is awful. Our room was very dirty, stains on the sheets, mouldy carpet, cracks in tiles on floor . The walls had plenty of grease marks, expecially dark smears around corners. Also I noticed a strong ammonia-like smell. Seriously a very...

Stayed when going to Twickenham - 200 yards from hotel to station and only 2 stops to Twickenham. Limited free parking so get there early. Room was clean, warm and real value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast of juice, cereal, yoghurt, toast and tea/coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is better in terms of direct comparables of similar location, spec and price. Rooms a comfy tidy and fresh. Reception staff...

Stayed here for two nights at a cost of 40 pounds per night, very reasonable given the cost. Room I was allocated was essentially a bedroom with a shower and toilet serving the entire floor but had no problems with this, they were very clean. Breakfast was actually surprising. Read previous comments that suggested it was just cereal but found...
