Stayed in hotel last night, we are walking the Thames Path, so found it really convenient as only a short walk from Thames also situation in middle of the town with plenty of restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and obviously newly decorated. Very warm with a good continental breakfast, staff very pleasant and helpful. We...

Nice hotel staff friendly enough. The one thing one wants from a hotel is a good nights sleep. Thats the one thing i didnt get. The water tank or plumbing of some description above our heads in the roof just rumbled all night. Neither my wife or i got any sleep at all. It sounded like a very loud boiling...

THis was a clean and comfortable small hotel, almost like a B&B. Good for a night with comfortable bed and tv in room. The shower was rubbish but the bath was good and lots of hot water. Breakfast - continental style with lots of porridge, cereal, fruit, toast, juices and tea and coffee. The service was friendly and good

A very pleasant stay for the price. The location is good. Right next to Richmond park and only a short stroll from the town centre. Paying for parking does however creep up the cost of your stay there.

Ideal for a place to sleep for one night, it is clean and functional. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Richmond. We had a room with a small double bed - in retrospect if I'd know this I'd have asked for a room with a 5' bed but otherwise the room was absolutely fine. TOP TIP - there...

Great location & in my opinion value for money however there is no parking and rooms are very, very small and the breakfast area is hilariously tiny... The term 'nowhere to swing a cat comes to mind!'... Staff are super friendly and if you're simply after a bed for the night then I'd recommend.

Well maintained hotel with a very courteous staff. Good value for money but be advised there is no lift . Great restaurants and pubs in every direction. The views of the Thames from up the hill are spectacular. There is a cafe just steps away at the river 's edge where you can have coffee with people from all over...
