We stayed in this here for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. It is overall a nice hotel with good and plentiful parking at £5 per day. The welcome at reception was friendly and the check-in was efficient and quick, plus they allowed us to check in 1 hour early. The room was quite small but well appointed and very...

We stayed here two nights and dined both evenings. The one thing that stands out immediately here is that all of the staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. The hotel is lovely, with it's own character and the rooms are nicely done. We upgraded to a larger room with a sofa, and 4 poster bed, and this was wonderful for...

Thank you for your recent comments on the tripadvisor website. We booked dinner for 18 of us and bedrooms for 8 of us on a special offer rate. To be honest I was led by the price and the location close the park, so we were totally delighted to find everything was really beyond our expectations. All of the members of staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food...

Hotel choice in Richmond is pretty sparse but this hotel is alright for a short stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are sufficient. The hotel itself is a bit worn but it's not bad. The location is lovely and looks over the hills down to the river. It's a bit of a walk (10 minutes) into the main...

Great little hotel, friendly staff. Food excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Used the pool facilities, good to have the Jacuzzi as quite a lot of children in the pool having swimming lessons. Well located for the park and town.

Let's start with the positive, situated close to Richmond and easy to get to Twickenham. The negatives are: Hotel in need of a refurbishment, 60s decor, chipped and dated furniture. Cheap looking bathroom. Net curtains ! Loud knocking radiator due to issue with heating. To be clear, you'd be better staying in a Premier Inn go a fraction of the...

Thank you for your recent review I must apologise that you felt the general standard of the hotel did not meet your expectations. I am not aware of any part of the building dating back to the 1960's?
