Even by the road, the room was very quiet due to the triple glazing. Room was very clean. Had to walk all the way back to reception to ask for a second bath towel and more coffee sachets. Would recommend taking the number of reception before going to your room to avoid this.

We have stayed overnight at the W super M Premier Inn on numerous occasions,on our way to and from Cornwall. The rooms are pristine, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are 5*. All of the staff we have met have been courteous , friendly and very helpful. Food at the Beefeater is top end pub food and very popular...

Excellent friendly staff...extremely welcoming and quick to address customers requirements. A credit to the company. Comfortable room, although brighter lighting would be appreciated . Super large TV, decent towels and more than adequate ensuite. We were not aware of any traffic noise - only the sounds of noisy revellers in a nearby room, which stopped around midnight, so not a...

The lady on reception had sorted all this for our arrival which was only shortly after. A previous comment was how far the room for a disabled...

Comfortable room , however no real view as window faced on to building site. In essence this is a good place to sleep for a night or two but not anything more. Hotel appears to be a converted office block . Staff were ok but not that interested in us as customers, parking arrangements not very clear need to add...

We found the accommodation and service to be comfortable, friendly and efficient. The location of the Inn was convenient for our needs. We had an enjoyable breakfast and dinner in the adjacent Beefeater which we judged to be good value.
