We made a last minute booking at the Queenswood, having decided to spend a short weekend break in Weston. What struck us was how well organised the running of the hotel is, taking into account the fact that it is a small hotel and so doesn't have the number of staff or services that a larger hotel would have. Suits...

Just got back from a lovely relaxing 2night stay. Beautiful building we had room 24 which was a lovely size and really quirky with sea views too. Not too far from the sea front ideal location would definitely visit again. Only negative was the full english breakfast having no beans or sausages but still a really nice tasty breakfast

Booked the one night stay the same day though booking.com, requesting a hotel with parking available. Victorian building up in a hill with little parking space other than on the street, which if you arrive at 9.00pm as I did can prove difficult. No fault on the part of the hotel, simply misinformation from booking.com. Friendly and very helpful check-in...

I stayed at the Queenswood Hotel for one night in December 2016. Hotel staff were very friendly and informative throughout the stay. The rooms are a great size and have everything you need for your stay and the beds were beyond comfortable... I've never stayed in a more comfortable bed!!! Only criticism would be that I would have liked a...

Stayed here as a last minute booking as needed to be down for work. Great hotel, good value. welcoming friendly staff. good location as easily walkable to town centre and train station or beach. lovely breakfast included in price. excellence in all areas of customer service, not just treated as a number as can happen in many big chain hotels.

I had a lovely stay over the Carnival weekend I found all the staff very nice and friendly My room was very clean and and refurbished a nice hospitality tray with plenty of tea & coffee biscuits and yes Weston Rock. I cannot understand some comments about not having a sausage for breakfast that was already very substantial and a...

A one night stay whilst travelling on business. Easy to find, on a hill with a small carpark outside and on street parking. Really pretty looking hotel. Arrived to drop off bags and met by a kind, old gentleman and an excitable little dog on reception. (I am not being unkind he was genuinely the oldest receptionist I have seen)....

Ok so let's get one thing out of the way, there is no sausage! So what you do get is a quality breakfast freshly cooked the bacon is thick and obviously from a good butcher and the eggs not your usual super market effort.Real butter for your toast.IT is not a help yourself style breakfast you ask for what you...

I was asked to do a talk to 42 Club and I must say I did not perform brilliantly. However, in all the years I have lived in Weston I have never been to this hotel thought I have passed it many times. I was impressed. It was well appointed and well maintained. The supper served was basic substantial English...

Lovely views out to the Grand Pier and the beach from our room and balcony. The room was warm and comfortable although dated - teasmade and console looked as if they had been there since the 1970s. The bed was great and everything was clean. Nice big bathroom and deep bath. The breakfast was excellent: hot, fresh and good quality....
