A lovely guest house, beautifully presented. Clean comfortable bedroom decorated to a high standard, nice touches on arrival, (fruit basket etc). Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, Diane and Rob the owners were welcoming and friendly, advising on where to park when my wife checked in. Would highly recommend.

There is a car park behind the B&B that charges only £5.50 for 24 hours parking. The actual street The Rosita is in looks very jaded, but when you get into the building its is very welcoming, clean and tidy. We had room 6 which was roomy, with a lovely en-suite. There were tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits....

Stayed bed and breakfast last weekend. The Rosita is located a very short walk up a hill, only yards from the seafront. Very clean, warm room, en-suite with a side sea view from the bay window. Wet room was spacious and the shower nice and warm. Bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a little lumpy. TV, fridge and...

We stopped here for 2 nights 25/26 Feb 2017. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, breakfast is awesome. Bob and Diane are very nice people. Handy for beach, and some nice bars nearby. Excellent value for money We will be returning.
