I stayed here for 10 days while I was waiting to move house. The double house guesthouse is situated in a quiet, prestige area of Bangor with a large driveway for guests to park. Approximately 5 mins walking distance into the town centre and a few mins from the harbour. The room was a large double, modern, beautiful and clean. The ensuite was large and very modern. Plenty of heat and hot water all day. A fully fitted kitchen for guests to cook home from home. Ann, the proprietor is a very genuine and welcoming lady and went out of her way to make me feel happy, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay in this timeless guesthouse during your visit to Bangor, Co. Down.

I stayed in the Ennislare Guest House recently for one night with friends and can’t recommend it enough. We arrived early and there was absolutely no problem checking in early and Ann was so friendly and accommodating. She also gave us loads of recommendations of places to eat and visit while we were here which was great! The location is great too, we were only about a 5 minute walk from the marina and plenty of really nice cafés and restaurants. Definitely would recommend and will absolutely be returning!

A 10/10 stay. Ann was such a lovely host. This guest house is perfect for a stay in lovely Bangor. Once we booked it, we messaged Ann and she replied to us so quickly with recommendations on where to go for food and drinks. We also messaged to say we were going to arrive earlier than we thought and Ann was so accommodating. We were shown to a fabulous room on the top floor with an amazing view of Bangor. The room was perfect, it was clean, warm and exactly like the pictures. Honestly couldn’t recommend this stay enough. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much to Ann for being so lovely and making us feel so welcome.

Lovely place and Ann was so friendly and helpful. We stayed just before the tougher restrictions came into force in Noethern Ireland and they were worried about having to shut. I really wish them all the best and hope everyone goes to visit there once things settle down. Bangor is also a really lovely place - lots of nice eateries and places to explore. Can't recommend it enough!

Myself and my husband booked Ennislare for our anniversary, and I'm so glad we did! We were treated like one of the family from the get go and even treated to a complimentary bottle of prosecco. The room was beautiful, had a lovely sea view, and was only a couple of minutes walk into town. The breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection. We can't fault our stay, and are looking forward to coming back next year!
