I stayed at this hotel over a long period whilst on business in the area. I saw the hotel deteriorate to the sorry state it is in now! The staff are absolutely fantastic for persevering under extremely difficult circumstances, however. Some have recently left due to these circumstances. If you are disabled do not go here they have disabled access in the main area only .I'm in a wheelchair and was constantly in the way even the staff complained at me and my hubby we ordered our meal it took so long my hubby was ready to ask if we had been forgotten Won't go back here again

Very run down and dated, under staffed and in need of a full refurbishment. The bars all ran out of beer and wine by the end of the night. Food was well below average. Wouldn't want to visit again. Hope next years event is held somewhere else

This hotel is past its prime and is in need of renovation to the bedrooms but if you are in the area and need a very reasonably priced room for a night or two then its failings are worth putting up with. The staff very excellent and offered very good service, especially Sandra. She could not have done more to...

Beers were flat, but well priced not expensive, coke was out of two litre Aldi bottles of pop tho could tell had the labels off. Not Coca Cola as on draft, the only draft was from the room was quite chilli.

Booked an executive room with sea view, room was tiny very dated, tatty and not very clean.The bed had no mattress cover and you could feel the springs I reported this to reception but nothing was done about it so I had to request for a second duvet so that I could sleep on it.The shower was awful, really ruined...

Bed nice size but room to small not much room to move at all and to hot in the summer was hard to settle in and sleep as the radiator rattled all night ! Quick check in should have a later check out to for the price you pay !

nice welcoming hotel staff .very friendly. our room was 16 a double with view of sea and was very clean and comfortable there is a grill restaurant and a bar which we didn't use this time.
