the worst place I have ever stayed in if you have booked cancel it room are dirty mold on walls sinks dirty floor not hooverd had to call some one to let us in one word aefull I give one star but if I could it would be a minus

I booked 3 double rooms for 3 couples and although the hotel is undergoing an upgrade we found the rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. Booked this Hotel for convenience and cost.. A clean bed and hot water, the caretaker was user friendly contact via mobile phone.. no reception.. The building was dyer. The location was great and close to the sea. It served my purpose..

Worst hotel ever ! Had to sleep fully clothed because the room was so unclean toilet seat had been stored under sink soap dish in shower looked like it had never been cleaned ! An unmanned hotel just a phone number to get codes to enter building and I would imagine complain to !

Self-check in and no reception to communicate with about any issues or even get a receipt from. Smells damp and musty throughout. Radiators valves in the room had been painted shut and heating left on full blast, with window hardly opening at all meaning the room was a small oven in mid-summer heat all night. Me and my husband had a great weekend clean room it was a great view can't wait to go again will be going again soon we had a lovely time just wish we had booked longer I would advise people to stay here you won't regret it

Dirty, guests out of order. While I were going to check room one off the guests called my boyfriend names and nearly to fight:(Had to call police. Police didn't turn up.. Smelling.. Need deep cleaning..no heating at all.. Only good thing nice view. Never will stay again..

Not sure where too start but it's the worst place in Britain, the smelly as you walk in puts u in the mood too walk straight back out as I held my breath going up too the room it got worse so we left and got another hotel , could not stand it and the dirty toilets,

This was a cheap and cheerful booking so I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but even for my tolerance it was beyond belief! The shared bathroom was dirty, I ended up showering on another floor.
