WE are a no-smoking bed and breakfast, just for grown-ups situated on Morecambe's quieter east promenade. We do not cater for Stag, Hen and alike. Quiet rooms are to the rear, please note the prom road to the front means you will experience some traffic noise, though this has been mitigated to some extent by double glazing. We would advise you not to pick a sea view if you are sensitive to noise. We have six rooms all ensuite with Freeview, free WiFi, complimentary toiletries and generous hospitality tray. Sea-view rooms, breakfast room and Lounge overlook Morecambe Bay to the Lake District Mountains beyond. Breakfast can be served in our ground floor lounge by arrangement, should stairs present difficulties. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with advanced notice. There is limited car parking to the rear of the guest house, (please ask for more details) unrestricted parking to front, also public car park within 50m of guesthouse. Conveniently situated for all local amenities being just a short stroll along the promenade to the town centre. Secure storage for bikes and motorcycles.

Hi Tom, so sweet of you to leave such positive comments. And I'm honestly glad you flagged the rooms at the back are quiet (good for light sleepers). For those who do need a quiet room, please be assured you still get a sea view!...More

A friend and I stayed in the 'adjoining rooms' last week. It was so much better than we expected. The rooms are accessed through a private, locked corridor with the two rooms and bathroom completely separate from each other. The rooms were all really well...More
