I stayed at this lovely guest house for one night on a business trip. My room was clean and quiet with great WIFI reception. A 10 minute walk in to town where there are some good places to eat. The host, Laura was really helpful. HIGHLY recommended.

Castlecroft sits in the shadow of Stirling Castle and has in its time catered for 100 hundreds of visitors to Stirling, had it been there in the 16th century then James V would have graced its doors. The house is beautiful, its walls adorned with art from local artists. The rooms are immaculate, beds are soft and comfortable. Laura cooks...

This is the sort of place that makes you wish you could rate higher than 5 stars. From the moment we stepped in the door, a kind of peace settled over us and we knew we had found the perfect bed and breakfast. Laura was so kind and went out of her way to make us welcome. The room was...

Stayed here for three nights to attend a show, and could see within a few minutes why they are no 1 in Stirling. Very easy to find, large car park and directly underneath Stirling castle and stunning views all around. A very warm welcome and the offer of tea & biscuits, a chat about local places to eat and a...

Wonderful hostess, very welcoming and helpful when it came to getting into, and around town. The house is in a very unique location next to a large field full of highland cows and right underneath the castle. The breakfast was very good. This was definitely one of our more memorable stops.

(Stayed October 18th to 24th........7 nights…… but not long enough) Have you ever entered a B&B or Guest House and get the overwhelming feeling of "a sense of belonging", well that is what happened when my Sister and I arrived at Castlecroft and we were greeted by Laura with a genuine warm and welcoming smile. After we were guided through...

This is an excellent B&B. the rooms were roomy and comfortable. There is an expansive gathering room with great views. The breakfast was very good. And the location is super. We walked the Back Walk to the Castle and town and then back when we were done.

Wonderful accomadtions and the host is very helpful places to eat dinner and we when got a discount. Walking distance to Sterling castle, close to other local places. In our 7 weeks on the UK this was on of our better places we had stayed at.

In our 3 week tour of GB this BnB was the best of all. Laura is extremely accommodating. So many nice extras, heated towel racks, waters and snacks in room, shampoo AND conditioner, homemade bread with the excellent breakfast, even ICE upon request for refreshing drinks. Quiet, beautiful, and nicely situated for the castle and town. Wonderful recommendations for meals...
