This is a very nice hotel, small but well formed. Breakfast was excellent, service with a smile. Great location, near a great Indian Restaurant "Nawab" which serves great food. The hotel restaurant has a good menu with plenty of choice

Such a warm friendly place with a great menu! Staff are very flexible, willing to accommodate! Traditional Scottish food, as well as fajitas, lovely sea bass, and a nightly set menu too! Within the city, you can walk everywhere from this location!

We came upon Cook's while driving through Stirling once afternoon, found it had a very convenient car park and entered to find a somewhat unique (to us) method of controlling those who seemed to use their car park - no charge, just had to register the car number on their computer! The staff were very friendly although they did have...

We arranged for dinner for my 74 year old mother and her friends at one of her favourite restaurants, Cooks. She subsequently received a fine for parking (while dining) and hotel staff suggested she appeal. Using an invoice provided by Cooks to prove she was in fact dining in the hotel , her appeal was declined by the parking enforcement...

Good afternoon, First of all let me apologise for the inconvenience you have been caused, we started using a parking management company to guarantee we had spaces for our genuine customers and that it wasn't being misused by non customers parking and going into the city centre to work for the day. If you get in touch with a member...

Had afternoon tea with friend yesterday. Centrally located just off round a bout with free parking. Plenty of cakes and sandwiches. We had Prosseco and soft drink. Quiet in restaurant. Able to take uneaten cakes home in sweet little box. Thank you . Would come back again.

I booked the cocktail masterclass for myself and 13 others for my birthday. There were a couple of changes prior to the day all of which were dealt with efficiently and email confirmations issued within minutes. We arrived and were immediately shown to the private room set aside for us. The option was given on whether we wanted a round...

I was invited to a function for my cousins 70th ( Mrs MacWee) . I drove round the back to the parking area which had a sign patrons only so I parked and went in. On ordering drinks I mentioned to barman about parking he said not a problem. A few weeks later I received a letter from an English...

Found this hotel really quite dismal if I'm honest. We parked in the car park and walked up the stairs to log our car registration at the miniscule reception area. Greeting on arrival could not have been any less enthusiastic, girl looked totally depressed. Entered our registration number onto the computerised screen (you have to register so you're not charged...

Checking in. Just given a key, no information about breakfast, no wifi password, absolutely nothing!! The cleanliness. Imagine my horror when I find black stuff all over my body. It's shower mould. It had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. The photos below highlight just a slight clean of the shower head. The hadn't hoovered properly and...

Enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea. Sandwiches, little scones, and variety of cakes all home made and very tasty! The service was fast and Ania and the Manager were very efficient having everything prepared and ready for us. Would highly recommend .
