our en-suite room was very cramped and dated and a bit of a let down but the cost for parking was fantastic value for money and we were able to take our keys which was good for peace of mind knowing our car was not going to be moved and abused . Location was very good £5 taxi ride to...

Stayed for 1 night in a clean comfortable room with 14 days parking in very large and secure on plot parking area. Breakfast was help yourself and included in price with a continental style of coffee, cereal, bread and spreads which is all you need before a flight. Within walking distance to Tesco Extra and pub/restaurant

Stayed for one night with 15 days parking, rooms are very cramped but its one night and the local pub was very good. No fire alarms fitted in rooms and payment is cash only very suspect! Is this B&B cosher.Prices are very competive,my car was fine (you take your keys with you) so overall would recommend this very basic B&B.

Thank you for your review and glad you would recommend :0) Happy as well you liked the local pub for food. I have smoke alarms in all rooms, halls and dining room etc so this info is incorrect, it was above your head on the ceiling...I would not dream of having anyone here otherwise ! Payment is cheque, cash or...

We stayed for just one night before an early morning Gatwick flight. The B&B was very clean & tidy & well placed for Gatwick of course. The car parking there worked very well & the £5 taxi to the airport was on time. I will definitely try to use Three Aces again.

We booked as a family of 4 plus my parents, and had the 2 room suite at the top of the house. This worked really well, and was very good value for money. The beds were comfortable, the linens clean. There is a wealth of information in the B&B regarding places around & about - we ate at the Black...

Great value for money and a warm welcome. Our room for two could have slept 6 and would be ideal for a family. DIY buffet breakfast available all night.A taxi after midnight to the North Terminal was a a tenner. We stayed before and after our holiday and left the car for 12 nights for about the same cost as...

We have often faced the quandry of where to stay the night before we fly and have tried all manner of places from top end hotels to a rather rough one last year. As a family with two children, one boy age 4 and a girl 10, we struggle with many hotels that offer two double beds, who sleeps where?...

This place was clean and inviting. Chrissie was very helpful organising taxi's and recommending places to eat. We stayed in the family room which was fine. the only down side was that we were two couples and the ensuite was in the other bedroom so had to use the downstairs loo in the night. But a minor inconvenience and next...
