We booked 3 rooms in July 2016 for a Wedding in July 2017. As per another review, they have just cancelled our rooms in favour of getting more money. This is because Goodwood have changed the date for the festival of speed. So if you want a hotel that prefers money over customer service and reputation, this is the one...

I booked and paid for rooms for 3 couples in July 2016 for accommodation on 17th July 2017. One of the couples are the mother and father of their son who is getting married near by. Recently the Goodwood festival of speed changed their dates for 2017, which now coincides with the weekend that the rooms were booked for. What...

a very disappointing stay...a cold reception, wasn't given any information re hotel, breakfast etc and shown to our room in silence. the room was ok, (no 15) bed was comfy and large bathroom but way too hot, we had to turn radiator off and had to have window open both nights, which was noisy as was above kitchen so lots...

This was the third occasion that we had stayed at this hotel the previous times being very satisfactory. Arriving at around 5pm the reception was unattended and despite ringing the bell on the desk no one appeared. It was necessary to enter the bar to gain attention so as to book into our room. The room was presented very nicely...

My wife was working in Midhurst over the weekend, so we decided to stay over at the Angel and celebrate. Nice looking hotel in the middle of town, efficient and friendly staff, a spacious well-appointed room, and fantastic food for dinner (haven't had chateaubriand for ages, and this was very good). But not sure how they justify £20 a night...

Breakfast was good, great restaurant menu however one of their fish orders hadn't come in so for lunch we couldn't have scallops or fish of the day which was quite disappointing, we went to a restaurant down the road which was nice. 15mins from Chischester. The location was great - big car park and free parking outside too from midday...

This 17th Century Coaching Inn is a fabulous mix of old & new - stunning antique furniture sitting comfortably amongst more recent "Polo"photos - the location is after all very close to Cowdray Park. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the bar area, fillet steak to die for accompanied by very reasonably priced red wine. Our suite was beautifully furnished...

This "hotel" is in a great location in Midhurst with its own car park, which was very handy. The bar, restaurant and. Reception area are all charismatic,. However our bedroom was small, shabby and most definitely should not as been described as "boutique" . We did mention this to the lady who showed us to our room on our arrival...

We were booked in by my Son as a treat for my 70th birthday. The hotel is a typical old fashioned coaching house, uneven floors and doorways etc. Absolutely fabulous, we loved it. The room we were in had a 4 poster bed, and a separate TV lounge. A shame we were only here for one night. As far as...
