We stayed at the town house last night and can honestly say it is one of the nicest and definitely the most welcoming place we've every stayed at Beautiful spacious room, nothing too much trouble and genuinely cannot recommend it enough.

We have just had a wonderful stay. We were made to feel very welcome and, despite not normally accommodating children, they were really great with our 11 month old daughter. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated and the house itself is just lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very at home. They...

What can we say- such a beautifully restored town house, large comfortable rooms brand new bathrooms and such amazing hospitality ranging from Charles's home made scones upon arrival, to the complimentary g&t served after out walk around town to the most amazing breakfast! Charles and Carol are amazing hosts and made us feel so very welcome -

I have not stayed in a B&B for a long time and was not really looking forward to it thinking that our stay would not be as relaxing as a hotel stay. How wrong was I? From the moment we walked in Charles & Carol made us feel so welcome and the G&T provided on arrival was just what my...

We stayed here for one night after a wedding in the local area. We received a very warm welcome and felt very at home - the coffee on arrival was a really nice touch. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed, lovely large bathroom, and nice funishings and finish. The only downside was that our room...

Over the past 18 months we have been going back to stay time and time again at the Midhurst Townhouse, as Charles and Carol offer a five star stay in beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms in the best bed and breakfast in the South Downs National Park! Charles makes you feel right at home from the minute you arrive and...

We had a wonderful mid-week stay at the Town House whilst attending a work event. Charles is extremely welcoming and offered us tea/coffee or a G&T on arrival. We opted for the latter! ☺ Our room was large, with plenty of space and a king sized bed, there was a double basin and bath with overhead shower in the en-suite....

We booked the entire Town House as our base for two days recently whilst attending our sons wedding at Cowdray Park. Charles the owner had prepared the large rooms beautifully, and on our arrival made us welcoming cups of teas and fudge nibbles. We knew straight away that we were in for a treat and at no time during our...

Upon finding the town house we were greeted by the legend Charles aka Chaz who was so welcoming, not hestitating to grab a bag and help us in. As if that wasn't enough he jumped into the car to help show me where to park the motor to avoid the marauding traffic wardens. With some time to kill before a...

Beautiful house, large rooms, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, superb value, great tasting & plentiful breakfast. But the best bit...Charles, the owner, he couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. He arranged our rooms to be ready early, gave us a lift to a local wedding venue for no extra charge and even made us a cuppa when we staggered back...

“If possible, select one of the two rooms at the back, it's a bit quieter, however the hotel is in a quiet village!”

“All the rooms are very well appointed, although some only have a shower (all be it a very good one), so if you are like me and like a good soak at the end of the day just ask for a room with a bath.”
