Hotel was easy to find. Staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. They were very well organised with all the restrictions in place. I missed the buffet breakfast,as I like going to choose my own, but they brought the food to your table. It was still a fairly good choice.

lovely clean room we forgot to set the room temp before we went to bed though and woke up cold the restaurant couldn't cope with the numbers/covid cleaning issue so after waiting 15 mins for a table we gave up and went to MacDs. pity as we love the Premier inn breakfast

Right beside a busy main road but the rooms were very quiet, no road traffic noise at all. Clean comfortable rooms and the Brewers Fayre next door was very good. If I was ever in the area again I would stay again for sure.

3 nights. Checked in by friendly member of staff who explained the process and changes due to Covid19. Plenty of sanitiser and a generally welcoming public area upon arrival. Room as expected and no issues. Request for some extra pillows duly delivered. Comfortable bed as usual and AC controls seemed to work well to bring to right temperature. Overall another good stay and staff doing a good job in difficult conditions. Thanks and well done.

A few issues with this stay... Our email confirmation clearly said wear a mask in public areas, which we did, but every time we were walking in / out no one else was .. what’s the point in having the rule?? The room is not cleaned each day, this was no mentioned on booking The heating / ac kept switching off, so during the night suddenly went hot! I think we will give premier inn a miss until the Covid stuff is over.
