We booked two rooms as we were attending a cremation which was early in the morning. We registered on line arrived after 9pm and found two spotless ground floor rooms at our disposal and a very friendly and helpful welcome. The Crematorium is about 10 mins drive away and you could walk into the town centre in about the same... More

The bathroom literally shone in this bathroom! The room we stayed in was relatively new. Very comfortable beds - as you expect now in a Premier Inn. The TV was HD and all stations tuned in properly. Excellent picture. Good WiFi - on the basic. You can pay extra for an even faster speed if you need to download lots.... More

Lovely base for a family weekend away, rooms clean and tidy, food good and nicely situated for shopping. All in all a lovely pricier inn situated not to far away from the main event of the polar express which was the main purpose of this weekend away.

The room was ok but as for the food it was well below any standard for a paying guest. Breakfast left a great deal to be desired, the evening meal we had to return as it wasn't fit to eat. There was only 2 members of staff who were working the others were just walking round doing nothing.

Very comfortable and the staff were fantastic, the rooms were spotless i used this for business but would happily stay there with my wife. I had a very enjoyable stay would recommend this as a base in the area for anyone. Oh yes and the breakfast is worth every penny.

The room was pretty standard however it was clean, warm and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. The main thing that made the stay special was the very friendly staff. From the moment we arrived (tired with a toddler and a baby) every single staff member went out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything... More

Room was very clean, bed very comfy, staff very friendly. There was lots to choose for breakfast. Big car park. Close to shops and restaurants. Car hire is just round the corner. Very good value for money.

Hotel and service was excellent except for not getting joining rooms and unlimited soft play. We were travelling as a large group with many kids and it was difficult to deal with them as we were not together. On a previous visit we were able to put small kids to bed while we sat and relaxed after our trip, this... More

Generally impressed. Having a sofa in the room is a massive boost for relaxing. Only slight gripe was being disturbed during the night by hearing the people above walking about frequently. Other than that all was well. Having an eatery adjacent was good, the staff were excellent and the hotel was nicely located for our needs

Stayed for a short notice 1 night with my two kids. Room was great with modern tellys which you can plug a USB into and good brew kit in the room. Comfortable as always and staff spot on Only giving 4/5 as restaurant staff were pretty slow with taking orders getting people seated and attuning to customers needs at dinner.... More
