This hotel has the feel of a family run business. It is located to the north of town, but is within easy reach of the centre. The rooms are spacious with free wifi, and tea making facilities. As others have said, the breakfast is excellent. It maybe does need a little renovation, but that is a small point and we...

First time visit to this hotel but wont be the last. The young lady who I believe to be the manager named Maria had a lovely demeanour, so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean and well situated. Close enough to stroll the main central amenities but far enough for it to be quiet at night. The breakfast served was...

The room was adequate, clean and compact with en-suite shower room. Breakfast was good providing the full English with cereals, although the bite-sized croissants didn't...

Great location, handy for town - Southport is worth a visit, and regular cheap train into Liverpool. Welcoming and helpful hosts, breakfast cooked perfectly, comfy beds, clean, warm hotel, spacious lounge.
