The room (10) was an excellent size and view. Unfortunately we arrived on a very cold day and no radiators were on in the room or the rest of the hotel for that matter. The food was acceptable, but if you have a problem the staff employed do not understand English or speak it very well. Allergy to Broccoli, told... More

We did not stay at this hotel, we went for a meal only. It is a nice place in a premium spot for sure. We went because we had seen a Duck dish on the menu. We were told it was off just as we ordered, settled for Lemon Sole, which when it came was Salmon! We decided to eat... More

We spent a long week end at this hotel from Friday till Monday last week. We had a twin room and it was a lovely big room on the ground floor with a sea view leading out on to the terrace with double doors. The beds were very comfortable and the food was good. The staff could not have been... More

The position of the Restaurant is amazing and the views are fantastic. The food was good and tasty and there was a comprehensive menu to accommodate allot the variations needed for a group with different allergies etc. One drawback was the time we had to wait from ordering to eating.

Location is in an excellent position overlooking one of the best beaches in the U.K. The lounge/bar areas are very comfortable; the restaurant has superb sea views and the breakfast and evening meal are very good value for money. The management and staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Tenby is well situated for touring the rest of south Pembrokeshire... More

Hotel overlooks the beach. Worth paying the extra for a room with sea view. Breakfast is now buffet. A shame because it means that the staff are only really clearing tables whereas before there was more of a customer service. Book parking in advance.

We stayed for two nights last weekend for the Tenby Blues Festival. Echoing what others have said, the sea-view from our room was spectacular, but the hotel is in need of a massive refurbishment very soon if it is to survive. The room was just about ok apart from the water that had leaked onto the floor from the lovely... More

I have just returned from a mid week break at the hotel with Shearings. The holiday was good value for money as it included excursions as well as four nights dinner bed and breakfast. The hotel is ideally situated in the old walls of the town with great views over the beach towards Caldey island. The hotel is clean and... More

We stayed at the hotel on Sunday 6th November as it was our one year wedding anniversary on 7th and wanted a nice evening away. After much perusal on the Internet we settled for the hotel due to the stunning views and modern appearance on the Internet . Unfortunately the Internet pictures clearly have not been updated for a long... More

We took a weeks break here in September. We were greeted by very friendly hotel staff who all proved to be as helpful as possible through out our stay, The hotel itself does show its age in more ways then one. It is set on top of a cliff which enables spectacular views of the sea and beach bellow, both... More
