My husband and I went here w/c February 6th 2017 on a 4 night coach break with Shearings. The driver was Ian who was pleasant enough and his skills were great. The hotel is set literally in the side of the cliff wall and the views from the terrace and the dining room are amazing. The hotel has been updated...

We stayed here for a weekend break in Tenby and were not disappointed. Room was large, basic but clean with the most fantastic sea views. [en suite needs a little attention]. Food choice and quality were great. Staff in the dining room and bar, attentive, friendly and efficient. Don't think you could get a hotel with a better view in...

Went on a 5 day coach trip with Shearings. Apart from the coach interchange the whole experience was great. Check in was well managed. Room 43 was warm and comfortable with the best [and nearest] sea view we've had anywhere. The food was lovely, as were the surroundings in the dining room. Entertainment perfectly pitched to suit the audience. Our...

Common Areas of hotel such as bars and restaurant have been extensively upgraded and have a contemporary feel. However, bedrooms are work in progress and my single room was in need of refurbishment as it felt a bit tired. Facilities were fine such as flat screen TV in bedroom but Window was a bit drafty. Buffet style breakfast was excellent...

Travelled to Tenby on a five day Shearings holiday after so many people had said"Oh you must go to the Imperial hotel at Tenby", so my husband and I thought we would go. Well we were not disappointed. On arrival Andreas the manager came on the coach and gave us a very funny and warm welcome. Reception staff were very...
