We stayed for 3 nights during the Easter break in a family room. We had plenty of space and even had a small fridge in the room so I could chill fruit snacks for my children! The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our visit very comfortable. I must highlight the food at the Brasserrie restaurant was fanstanic....

Stayed for three nights, very nice room but on suite bathroom was a bit tight, good bed and good linen, bath towels were a little on the small size. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cooked or cold offerings. Had dinner first night which was excellent, and reasonable. The spa consists of a small swimming pool, jacuzzi,...

Good : Rooms are spacious. The double room I had was very big with a comfy four poster bed. It also came with a jacuzzi bath which although it took forever to fill, was pleasant once ready! Location is good, close to Saundersfoot and Tenby. Staff were friendly and attentive at all times. Service and food at the restaurant were...

Just before Easter My Husband treated me to a few days away to re-charge the batteries! Having easily parked the car, i was met with a wonderful welcome. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, plent of thought taken into positioning of plugs, mirrors, lights etc. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful, and genuinely cared that my stay...

Went here for Sunday lunch as we were staying in the area. What a disaster. The waitress came to clear wine glasses but left two on the table still, this was a theme when she had 'cleared' the table but left a plate. The same waitress took 2 of our dinners to a totally different table before they directed her...

Well, first and foremost let me apologise, however, you will of course realise that this is not our normal service by any means. Since we were aware of your dissatisfaction on the day (and were unable to apologise in person since you'd already left the hotel) and having talked to the staff at the time, it was simply a matter...

Girlfriends trip to Wales in March 2016 so off-season. We shared the family triple with breakfast included - a real deal. Service was incredibly accommodating and friendly - when the breakfast server heard we were doing a coastal walk, she offered to pack up some croissants for us to take with us. Hotel was clean and well maintained. We had...

Peter, After reading your response to my review of your hotel the last thing I'll be doing is removing it as when I left the review trip advisor asks to confirm that my review was a true & honest reflection of my experience. I would like to point out that as for you calling me bitter & twisted I think you'll find it's more likely the other way around & its you who is bitter & twisted, almost every negative feedback I've read of your hotel is met with threats of you wanting to take people to court for slander ect. Maybe you should look at it more as constructive criticism & do something about making the hotel better rather than just trying to belittle the customers that have had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Id also like to add that out of everything I wrote on my review the only thing you could bite back at (which you do on every negative review of this hotel from what I've seen) was the part where I wrote "somethings the Hotel should take note on & could have done to improve the place BESIDES putting a match to it" By all means take me to court if you feel the need but my comment was NOT written to entice anybody to do so. As for the hotel being sympathetic towards is if by that you mean turning the music back up 30 minutes after complaining then yes you were very sympathetic (that's sarcasm by the way incase your narrow mind can't get to grasps with it) I'll look forward to reading whatever negative response you post in regards to this. On a lighter note if you do decide to invest some money into replacing & solving the rotten/damp issues within your hotel give me a call I'll do you a good deal on building materials. Much love Gary. PS Merry Christmas xx
