We are just leaving after spending a week at the cliffe norton hotel tenby and we cannot fault the service and the staff we had heavy snow and were due to leave but they kept us there for another night in the interest of safety

A member of the team will then complete a form with you and this will be sent off to the hotel to ensure a suitable room is available and allocated for you. if there isn't a suitable room available, we can discuss alternative options/room types/etc.
