It was a nice stay and the owners were friendly. However, we were stuffed in a field at the back of the camp site miles away from toilet block, despite it not being overly busy. Think this may have been because we weren't members of a camping club. But our field defiantly had the best views.

Have stayed at mullacott farm before so decided to return as was visiting family in the area. As before received a warm welcome and was shown to room which was very spacious with s double bed and two single beds. The shower room was lovely with face wipes cotton buds and shower gel to hand. A lovely b&b, if you're...

Well, where to start with this one. Seduced by the good reviews on TripAdvisor we chose to stay at this place for one night - what has prompted these accolades I just cannot imagine and I can only conclude that prior guests have exceedingly low expectations indeed. The initial welcome by the owner seemed to hint that we were an...

Thank you for you review. We obviously weren’t your cup of tea, and really appreciate you criticising us, as people, even though we were professional and friendly with you, as we are with all guests when they stay here. Perhaps you needed to stay at an impersonal box hotel, where the poorly paid member of staff can ignore you the...

Ideal place for an escape away from hustle and bustle of City life. Superb hospitality and the cottage-style barn rooms well appointed with all the home comforts one can possibly need. Perfectly cooked breakfasts with home produce from the farm. Alison, Adrian, Brian & Caroline you are wonderful and we have returned home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Many Thanks x

We stayed here for a night before getting the ferry to Lundy Island and for a night after returning. It is a great place to stop, very clean, comfortable rooms and a huge breakfast to set us up for the day. Being able to leave my car here whilst on Lundy was a real plus. I would highly recommend staying...

My wife and I started our week long break in the West Country by spending 2 very pleasant nights at the farm. As previous reviewers have mentioned the converted barn which provides the accommodation is over a hundred years old so the wall are a bit thin and the floorboards creak a bit but that just all adds to the...

Room was very clean, good size and all necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful in terms of choice and quantity. Owners were very friendly and helpful - suggested a local pub for our evening meal which was also very good. Very good price and we were able to park the car for the week whilst we were...

Thank you to Swallowbarn Mullacott Farm - we booked three rooms for eight of us (two families) at the end of July, and the rooms were great. Very clean and with excellent shower rooms.
