We were staying here for two nights and when we arrived we were a little disappointed. The outside of the building needs a little loving and the car parking is tight. When we opened the door into the hotel it did improve. It was clean, fresh and the staff were exceptional. There are some communal areas, and the bar area...

This hotel has big rooms, a convenient location and great facilities. It is not a luxury break but it is definitely of a quite high standard. The decor throughout the hotel is simple and modern and although its exterior might need tidying up, you can tell that a large portion of it has been recently renovated. It is located almost...

Stayed at the bath house hotel due to a family members wedding at the tunnel beaches. This hotel is so close and convienent to the tunnel beaches. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. Our room was clean and updated. Bathroom was lovely especially the spa bath. Would recommend to others.

We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The room was ok and I liked the colour scheme. A stones throw from the tunnels beach and about a 15 minute walk from the harbour. Free parking was available which is always a plus.

We enjoyed our stay in a lovely big room with spa bath. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities and iron with board. The owners are very helpful and are doing a good job with the renovations of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the hotel is in a good location...

A nice small hotel / B&B - Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms comfortable and clean with a good standard of furnishing / decor. Slightly noisy overnight from adjacent hotels / bars - but nothing too bad. Great breakfast in the morning Recommended

If you're looking for luxury you won't have chosen to stay here. So on that basis, this hotel offers a great location for tunnels wedding functions at a good price, with English breakfasts included. Ask for a refurbished room and you'll enjoy your stay. Don't be put off by the tatty facade on entering the hotel (though the management really...

We recently stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the Tunnels. You could not get a closer hotel! It is literally across the road, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with our 1 year old. The staff at up a travel cot and blanket in the room for us and kindly let us check in...

We were cycling the Devon Coast to Coast route and wanted a reasonably priced B&B for our first nights stay in Ilfracombe, with our bikes! Martin was more than happy to accommodate our 4 bikes securely in the basement for us. We stayed in the family room which was large, comfortable and clean. The shower in the en suite bathroom...

Like a previous review, stayed here for a couple of nights as attending wedding at The Tunnels. Primarily picked this hotel for it's location - staggering distance to the wedding venue! Having had the misfortune of experiencing a dreadful B&B elsewhere in the UK, my husband and I actually did a recce last Autumn to visit and ensure it was...
