We stayed here over Easter on a coach tour. The staff were very friendly from the start and remained so throughout the stay. We had a ground floor room which was fine for my elderly mother who has walking problems. It was a large twin room with a couple of comfortable armchairs. The bathroom was a bit on the small...

Thin bedroom walls meant I could hear most of what the couple next door and above were doing. The bedroom doors could do with slow closers to stop them slamming when people came back late at night. No internet access except in reception area.

Having mobility problems, access and location of room, lounge and restaurant are my priority. This hotel provided all of that which was great. The food was most acceptable. Another concern of mine because breakfast was a buffet, but the waitress on duty for our table was very attentive and helpful. The weather could not have been much worse but because...

The recent work has brightened up this hotel, and it is still being worked on. A few minor issues with appearance of some of the younger staff members, along with language barriers? Our other issue was the limited range of food on the menu, e.g. lack of basic options to satisfy those who don't eat hot or spicy food? Another...

This review is on behalf of my Mother who has just returned from a coach holiday staying at this hotel. On entering she was quite shocked and not what she expected. Basic room facilities. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the skirting boards required a scrub. Had paper bath mats and if you wanted a cloth one...

Stayed here for four nights on a bus tour. The hotel had all the basics but nothing more. Rooms were clean but beds creaked whenever you moved. The noise from the room above was dreadful whenever they walked across the floor. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see out. The smallest bar of soap in the bathroom...

Where shall I start ,bad rooms with paper thin walls, so you hear everything, the food is a joke I feed better to my dogs, and the whole place is run on a shoestring, I brought a group here and am embarrassed for doing so.
