My friend and I stayed here on a shirt walking break. Great location although a bit noisy from traffic in early morning - but we did have window open. Near to buses. Room spotless and both husband and wife team very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast delicious including fresh fruit salad and varied cooked breakfast options. I would definitely recommend.

Myself and my partner stayed at Rooftree for a short break - just a couple of nights. Debs was friendly and welcoming, made us feel relaxed, and looked after us. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and our room was neat and cosy. The bed was nice and soft, and I slept like a log (I'd like to say the... More

Stayed as a last minute adjustment in accommodation and loved every minute. Friendly hosts, lovely accommodation and great breakfast. Great location, room was a little noisy due to having to have the windows open and onto the main road but can live with that. (Had a very hot week).

We had a lovely stay at Rooftree Hotel. The owner instantly made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. We stayed in Room 8, which was well decorated, clean and comfortable. One teeny tiny criticism was that both the bed and floor was creaky but this was not really a problem. Breakfast was really good! Lots of choice... More

My daughter and I spent 3 nights in Room 3 on the ground floor which suited my mobility problems. It is a high ceilinged room with a good sized shower room. All clean and with white bed linen. The floors are light wood, aesthetically pleasing but making everything look a bit bare. A rug would break up the monotony. It... More

We stayed for 4 nights. Deb was welcoming and friendly. The room was large and spacious. Breakfasts were very nice and well presented with a good variety of options. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. We would recommend this Hotel.

We've just returned from a 3 night stay at Rooftrees and found Deb's & Tony excellent hosts, nothing to much trouble we stayed in room 4 which met our requirements with lots of storage space, bottled water, and a comfortable bed and a nice little en-suite shower unit, and spotlessly clean. We found it very quite at night being close... More

Stayed here three nights during a short break on the Isle of Wight. The service we received on arrival was welcoming and friendly. We were shown to our room (8) which was snug but served its purpose for a few nights. The bathroom was small but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was sufficient for a B&B of this size and you can... We had a lovely 2 night stay at Rooftree. We were given a clean light airy room with plenty of facilities including bottles of water - much appreciated in the current heat.
