The hotel is small and cosy, in the middle of refurbishment but still clean and tidy. The room was clean with good facilities and wi fi. It is not suitable for disabled people as access is by way of stairs.

As bed and breakfasts go this place is typical. Nice and clean, not far from the main shopping areas and very near to the villa marina. Breakfast was as expected and plenty of it. Douglas is quite run down in areas and has lots of down market tat shops. It doesnt attract the high end market. A decent meal will... More

I was researching aspects of WW1 internment on the island. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. My room wonderfully comfy and clean. Breakfast exemplary, and Kevin did perfect scrambled eggs. Will return.

This is a Bed and Breakfast on four floors with no lift so you must be prepared to walk up stars (13 to the "lowest" room. It is very convenient for the Villa Marina where I was working and the promenade (and buses) are only two minutes away. I was in a single room which was small with not a... More

From the first initial contact with this hotel, Gillian was absolutely amazing. I booked a trip for my parents and wanted it to be perfect. As I didn't know the area , Gillian was always on hand to help me out and organise taxis or whatever it was I needed. When my parents got there and for their entire stay... More

We were very happy that Kevin could accommodate us for an extra night during the end of the Manx GP! Great spot to walk to Bray Hill, then the Grandstand afterwards. Lots of places to eat, drink and be merry! Nice and close to the ferry terminal also. Gillian is a lovely hostess, and as everyone has reviewed, the breakfasts... More

My first trip to the island and I stayed here on a recommendation from my best friend. I was not disappointed. This is a fabulous B&B and fairly priced when you consider the demand during Manx GP week. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed but the real winner at this place was the delightful breakfast menu. A wide range... More
