This is our third stay at the Leconfield and hope it won't be the last. Paul, Cheryl and the team went out of their way to ensure that we all had a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived Paul and Cheryl made us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean as is...

We arrived without a booking early March. That was not a problem for Paul; although just going out for a conference meeting, he put his departure on hold until we were happy and settled in our room. Sue, the housekeeper, prioritised making a room ready for our sudden arrival without drama or fuss. This was just the start of a...

Stumbled across this hotel last year and was immediately impressed with the informal, relaxed atmosphere. Paul and his team are always on hand should you need anything, and the rooms are comfortable and clean, many of which having fantastic coastline views. Food is also excellent and reasonably priced, so we had no hesitation in returning for an Easter break and...

Very quiet and room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was cooked to order and was a great start to the day. Had an excellent evening meal on the first night and...

First impresssions are lovely rooms, and with a fabulous view over Bonchurch and the sea. Host, Paul, was great bringing us tea whilst we unpacked. All the staff were great. The food was excellent, the bed very comfortable. Strongly recommended.

Well we struck lucky when we booked into The Leconfield. We had no idea what to expect as we normally stay in larger hotels but this was fantastic. The room was beautiful with a sea view and a four poster bed, as much tea and coffee as needed and a great breakfast cooked to order. The owner, Paul, couldn't do...
