This was the hotel for our honeymoon, we were impressed when we first entered our room, as it looked well presented, if a little dated. Unfortunately there were not too many more good points. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and wobbly, the shower door did not shut fully, the bed was hard and just two singles pushed together,...

A couple of weeks ago, I booked in for a weekend's course of Mindfulness taking with me a friend who has been very ill and much in need of some R and R. The two rooms we had were fabulous: my friend's had a great view over the trees to the sea. Both rooms were totally clean and the beds...

The Grange is in the old town and has a lovely setting where you can see and hear the sea. The garden is adventurous with stepping stones down to the sea. Rooms nice and bright and clean, and staff very happy to help. Very restful!

My father died in December and I decided to treat myself to a nurturing weekend away. I chose to do a Creative Writng course with the wonderful Crysse Morrison at The Grange, partly as a taster for the bigger adventure of doing one at the linked course on Skyros in the summer. I arrived to a crackling log fire and...

What a gem of a hotel. Round the corner to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean rooms and breakfast is lovely. Freshly cooked and served by Bev to how you like it. Tony was there to greet us and throughout our time there and made us feel so at home. Such a lovely place

Staff were so polite and helpful, we were running very late for arriving at the hotel and the kind gentleman stayed up just so he could welcome us and show us around. nice location a short walk to the sea front, waking up to the smell of breakfast cooking was the cherry on the cake. Absolutely beautiful hotel and surroundings.

I came for the three-night Christmas celebration break - full board with group workshops and sessions. It was everything I could have hoped for. The food was great, accommodation homely and comfortable and the group sessions were run in such a way that everyone seemed to gel very quickly. A lot of fun and a wonderful alternative way to spend...

What joys we shared in the hands of fun filled Andrew Risner & the angel voiced Kate Daniels. Laughter, simply silly games, the rewards of group singing, delicious, healthy food, beach walks & a bunch of interesting people all served to create a super special Christmas at the Grange. Go....even if just for the artwork!
