Went to Isle of Wight with National Holidays. Journey was long and tiring, but had a great time. Stayed at Shanklin Gracellie hotel. Hotel was a bit tired, but excellent food. Trip included excursion to Steam railway and Osborne House which were brilliant even though weather was wet. Our free day was spent on a cruise of the solent and...

Sadly this holiday was disappointing, we stayed at the Gracellie Hotel in Shanklyn, this hotel is so tired and needs the housekeeping staff to receive instructions on how to clean rooms thoroughly, broken fittings in the bedrooms and mouldy sealant around the shower unit tray, long cue for cereals at breakfast time. It took 24 hours to remove a used...

Hotel needs a good paint job and the outside areas tidied up. The outside patio area was nice though with lovely sea views. Note Paddy the chef...
