Staff lovely especially Amy ( waiting staff) and Caz (bar staff). Food was good and entertainment okay. Hotel was very warm during cold days. However the room was so disappointing. It was tired and needed simple updating. probably " you get what you pay for "comes to mind.

Arrived Sat. 20th August to a welcome from the daughter of the owners and a cup of tea or coffee. Our room was small and at the back of the hotel but was spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate. The meals were varied, home prepared, and cooked well. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble....

Have just returned home after spending a week here. Can not fault it! The atmosphere was so friendly and the staff very attentive. The food was delicious, could not manage it all some nights as so much! The Bonair hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and will definitely be coming back here
